Տեսողության խնդիրներ ունեցող ընտրողները կկարողանան ինքնուրույն մասնակցել հանրաքվեին

 Հանրաքվեի կենտրոնական հանձնաժողովը դեկտեմբերի 6-ի Հայաստանի սահմանադրական փոփոխությունների հանրաքվեին տեսողության պատճառով մասնակցելու դժվարություններ ունեցող քաղաքացիների համար մշակել է հատուկ ձեռնարկներ` բրայլյան գրատեսակով և խոշոր տառաչափով: Հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Տիգրան Մուկուչյանը նոյեմբերի 23-ին ձեռնարկները ներկայացրեց «Հայաստանի կույրերի միավորում» հասարակական կազմակերպության անդամներին և լրատվամիջոցներին:

«Կենտրոնական ընտրական հանձնաժողովն ինչպես միշտ ուշադրության կենտրոնում է պահում սահմանափակ հնարավորություններով անձանց ընտրական իրավունքի, տվյալ պարագայում` հանրաքվեին մասնակցելու իրավունքի, լիարժեք ապահովման խնդիրը»,- ասաց Մուկուչյանը` հանրաքվեի արդյունավետ անցկացման համար կարևորելով հանրային իրազեկումը: Նրա խոսքով` վերջերս նույնականացման քարտերով քվեարկության հետ կապված օրենսդրական փոփոխությունների ժամանակ հանրային իրազեկումը մեծ նշանակություն է ունեցել:

Ձեռնարկները նախատեսված են տեսողական խնդիրներ ունեցող մարդկանց` քվեարկելու իրենց իրավունքների և պարտականությունների, քվեարկության կարգի մասին իրազեկելու նպատակով: Դրանք մինչև դեկտեմբերի 6-ը՝ սահմանադրական փոփոխությունների հանրաքվեի օրը, բաժանվելու են շահառուներին: «Հայաստանի կույրերի միավորում» հասարակական կազմակերպության փոխնախագահ Մարտին Սարգսյանի ասելով` խոշոր տառաչափով ձեռնարկները բաժանվելու են տեսողության խնդիրներ ունեցող 3000 քաղաքացու, իսկ բրայլյան գրատեսակով ձեռնարկները` 700:

Բացի այդ, Հանրաքվեի կենտրոնական հանձնաժողովի նախագահի խոսքով, հանձնաժողովը մշակում է հատուկ կաղապարներ, որոնց միջոցով տեսողական խնդիրներով անձիք կկարողանան հանրաքվեի օրն ինքնուրույն` առանց կողմնակի օգնության, քվեարկել: «Կաղապարները դեկտեմբերի 6-ին հասանելի կլինեն հանրապետության բոլոր` 1997 տեղամասային կենտրոններում»,- վստահեցրեց նա:

Տիգրան Մուկուչյանը նաև հավելեց, որ արդեն մի քանի օր է տարբեր հեռուստաալիքներով ներկայացվում է քվերակության կարգի մասին պատմող տեսանյութ` զուգակցված սուրդո թարգմանությամբ:
