Սուդանի դատարանը նոր մեղադրանքներ է առաջադրել նախկին նախագահ Օմար ալ Բաշիրի դեմ և մերժել նրան գրավի դիմաց ազատ արձակելու հայցը
INTERNATIONAL NEWSՍուդանի դատարանը մերժել է երկրի նախկին նախագահ Օմար ալ Բաշիրի փաստաբանների՝ նրան գրավի դիմաց ազատ արձակելու հայցը, գրում է tass.ru-ն՝ Al Arabiya հեռուստաալիքին հղումով:
Բացի այդ՝ մայրաքաղաք Խարթումում տեղի է ունեցել կոռուպցիայի, փողերի լվացման, օտարերկրյա արժույթի ապօրինի պահման գործով հերթական դատական նիստը, որի ժամանակ նախկին նախագահին դեմ նոր մեղադրանքներ են առաջադրվել: Դրանք մասնավորապես վերաբերում են օտարերկրյա ֆոնդերի հետ ապօրինի գործարքներին, իսկ կոռուպցիայի և ապօրինի ֆինանսական մեքենայությունների մասով ալ Բաշիրին ավելի քան 10 տարվա ազատազրկում է սպառնում:
Ապրիլին ալ Բաշիրի տանը խուզարկության արդյունքում հայտնաբերվել և առգրավվել էր 525 հազար ԱՄՆ դոլար, շուրջ 6,7 մլն եվրո և 5 մլրդ սուդանական ֆունտ, որը համարժեք է շուրջ 105 մլն դոլարի: Պաշտպանյալի փաստաբաններն ի սկզբանել հայտարարել էին, թե այդ գումարները դրամաշնորհի տեսքով ստացվել էին արաբական երկրներից՝ ղեկավարների միջև համագործակցության շրջանակներում, և ուղղված էին տնտեսության առանձին ճյուղերի ֆինանսավորմանը, իսկ երկրի նախկին ղեկավարն այդ գումարից «մի ցենտ անգամ չի սեփականաշնորհել»: Շաբաթ կայացած դատական նիստի ժամանակ ալ Բաշիրը հաստատել է, որ գումարի մի մասը ստացվել է Սաուդյան Արաբիայի թագաժառանգ արքայազն Մուհամեդ բեն Սալման ալ Սաուդից:
Օմար ալ Բաշիրի գործով դատավարությունը սկսվել է օգոստոսի 19-ին: Նրա փաստաբանների կոլեգիան բաղկացած է 97 հոգուց:
Հիշեցնենք, որ ապրիլի 11-Ին Սուդանի բանակը բնակչության՝ ալ Բաշիրի դեմ ուղղված և չորս ամիս տևած բողոքի ցույցերից հետո ռազմական հեղաշրջում էր իրականացրել՝ պաշտոնանկ անելով երկիրը 30 տարի կառավարած նախագահին:
