Իրանը հայտնել է միջուկային համաձայնագրին վերադառնալու իր պայմանները
INTERNATIONAL NEWSԻրանը կվերադառնա միջուկային համաձայնագրի մասով իր պարտականությունների կատարմանը, եթե երկրի նկատմամբ նավթի արտահանման և բանկային գործունեության սահմանափակումները չեղարկվեն: Ինչպես գրում է tass.ru-ն, այս մասին հայտնել է Իրանի արտգործնախարարի տեղակալ Աբբաս Արակչին:
«Որպեսզի Իրանն ամբողջությամբ վերադառնա միջուկային համաձայնագրին, հարկավոր է կատարել Թեհրանի պահանջները նավթի արտահանման և բանկային ոլորտում»,- ասել է պաշտոնյան:
Նրա խոսքով՝ G7-ի՝ օրերս կայացած գագաթնաժողովի ժամանակ Ֆրանսիայի նախագահ Էմանուել Մակրոնը բանակցություններ է վարել ԱՄՆ նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփի հետ, որոնց ընթացքում ամերիկյան կողմը որոշակի զիջողականություն է ցուցաբերել իրանական նավթի արտահանումը թույլատրելու հարցում:
Նախօրեին The Wall Street Journal-ը հաղորդել էր, որ Եվրամիության անդամ երկրների դիվանագետներն աջակցում են Մակրոնի՝ մի շարք լուրջ պարտականություններ ստանձնելու դիմաց Իրանին որոշակի քանակությամբ նավթի վաճառք թույլատրելու առաջարկին:
Հիշեցնենք, որ ԱՄՆ-ն Իրանի միջուկային ծրագրի վերաբերյալ գործողությունների համատեղ համապարփակ ծրագրից (ԳՀՀԾ) դուրս էր եկել 2018թ.-ի մայիսի 8-ին և Իրանի դեմ մի շարք տնտեսական պատժամիջոցներ էր սահմանել, մասնավորապես՝ ամբողջությամբ կասեցրել էր այդ երկրից նավթի արտահանումը:
ԱՄՆ-ի կողմից պայմանագիրը լքելուց մեկ տարի անց՝ այս տարվա մայիսի 8-ին, Իրանը հայտարարել էր 60 օրվա ընթացքում ծրագրի 2 կետերի պատրավորությունների կատարումը դադարեցնելու մասին: ԳՀՀԾ-ի պարտավորություններից մասնակի հրաժարումն Իրանի կողմից ԱՄՆ-ի՝ առանց եվրոպական երկրների հավանության միջուկային ծրագրից դուրս գալուն ի պատասխան առաջին քայլն է:
