ECONOMICSՄեղրիում ազատ տնտեսական գոտու (ԱՏԳ) հետ կապված իրավիճակը նման է հանցավոր անգործության: Այս մասին օգոստոսի 31-ին Մեղրիում տեղի ունեցած ԱԺ Տարածաշրջանային եւ եվրասիական ինտեգրացիայի հարցերով մշտական հանձնաժողովի արտագնա նիստում ասաց հանձնաժողովի նախագահ, «Բարգավաճ Հայաստան» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Միքայել Մելքումյանը:
Միքայել Մելքումյանը նշեց, որ ժամանակին մեծ խանդավռությամբ բացված գոտին այսօր անգործության է մատնված, սակայն անհրաժեշտ է հասկանալ, որ սա ունի ոչ միայն տնտեսական, այլեւ ահռելի ռազմավարական եւ քաղաքական նշանակություն:
«Բացարձակապես անհասկանալի եւ ծիծաղելի կլինի, եթե մենք չկարողանանք ԵՏՄ շրջանակում օգտվել ԱՏԳ ձեւավորման քվոտայից, որն ազատ է լինելու բոլոր տեսակի հարկերից: Անհրաժեշտ է դիմել իշխանություններին եւ հասկանալ՝ որեւէ տնտեսական հիմնավորում ունի՞ այն, որ ԱՏԳ-ն չի գործում: Ես դրանում կասկածում եմ, քանի որ հսկիչ անցակետի կողքին 1,8 հա տարածքը, որը լավ ենթակառուցվածք ունի, չի կարող տնտեսապես շահավետ չլինել: Սա այն դեպքում, որ հարեւան Իրանը հաջողությամբ օգտվում է Ջուղայում ԱՏԳ պտուղներից»,- նշեց նա:
Միքայել Մելքումյանը շեշտեց, որ որոշ հողամասեր չեն համապատասխանում շինարարությանը, մյուս խնդիրն այն է, որ դրանց մի մասը պատկանում է հայտնի մարդկանց:
«Եթե մենք ցանկանում ենք, որ գոտին գործի, պետությունը պետք է ակտիվություն դրսեւորի կամ այդ հողերը գերակա հայտարարի: Եթե հարցը ձգձգվում է, ապա կարելի է դատարան դիմել: Այս խնդիրը չպետք է խոչընդոտ դառնա ԵՏՄ մասշտաբով նախագծի իրականացման համար: Միաժամանակ, ամեն ինչ պետք է լուծվի հաշվի առնելով մեր քաղաքացիների իրավունքները»,- պարզաբանեց նա:
Պատգամավորի խոսքով՝ ենթակառուցվածքի հարցը անհրաժեշտ է լուծել իրանցի զբոսաշրջիկներին տարածք գրավելու համար, որտեղ ապրում է 140 հազար մարդ, դրա համար անհրաժեշտ է մեր իրանցի գործընկերների հետ բանակցություններ վարել զբոսաշրջային հարկի հարցի շուրջ
Նշենք, որ նիստին մասնակցել են նաեւ Մեղրիի համայնքապետ Մխիթար Զաքարյանը եւ «Մեղրի ազատ տնտեսական գոտի» ՓԲԸ տնօրեն Աշոտ Զարբաբյանը: Քննարկումներ են անցկացվել Մեղրիում ԱՏԳ-ի եւ տարածաշրջանային զարգացման հարցերի շուրջ:
