ԵՏՄ բարձրագույն խորհրդի նիստում, անդամ երկրների ղեկավարները որոշում են կայացրել, ըստ որի Եվրասիական տնտեսական հանձնաժողովին հանձնարարվել է անդամ երկրների հետ մշակել մի շարք ապրանքների համար միասնական մաքսատուրքերը վերանայելու նպատակահարմարությունը: Այս մասին, այսօր՝ նոյեմբերի 23-ին, ԱԺ-ում հայտարարել է Տնտեսական ինտեգրման և բարեփոխումների փոխնախարար Սուրեն Կարայանը:

Մասնավորապես, խոսքն այն ապրանքների մասին է, որոնց դեպքում Առևտրի համաշխարհային կազմակերպությանն (ԱՀԿ) անդամակցած Ղազախստանը պետք է կիրառի ԵՏՄ-ում ընդունված մաքսատուրքերից տարբերվող մաքսատուրքեր: Ըստ այդմ, եթե ԱՀԿ-ի ներմուծման մասատուրքը եվրասիականից ցածր է, ներմուծված ապրանքները հնարավոր կլինի շրջանառել միայն Ղազախստանում:

«Այսինքն խնդիրը կքննարկվի բոլոր կողմերի միջև և արդեն մարտին կներկայացվի ԵՏՄ բարձրագույն խորհրդի քննարկմանը»,-նշել է Կարայանը՝ հավելելով, որ նույն որոշման համաձայն, Եվրասիական տնտեսականմ հանձնաժողովը կպատրաստի եւ կներկայացնի այն ապրանքների ցանկը, որոնց դեպքում Հայաստանը և Ղրղզստանը նույնպես պարտավորություններ ունեն՝ ԱՀԿ-ին անդամակցելու հետ կապված:

ԱԺ-ում քննարկվում է «Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության մաքսային տարածքում ապրանքների ներմուծման ու շրջանառության որոշ հարցերի մասին» արձանագրությունը: Այն վերաբերում է Ղազախստանի անդամակցությանն Առևտրի միջազգային կազմակերպությանը և համաձայնեցնում է ԵՏՄ-ի մաքսային ռեժիմը և ԱՄՀ-ի (WTO) առջև Ղազախստանի պարտավորությունները:

Համաձայն փաստաթղթի, այն դեպքերում, երբ ԱՀԿ-ի ներմուծման մաքսատուրքը եվրասիականից ցածր է, ներմուծված ապրանքները հնարավոր կլինի շրջանառել միայն Ղազախստանում:
