Մաշկի խնամքի համար լավագույնը կարող են լինել բնական միջոցները, հատկապես մրգերն ու բանջարեղենը։
Ներկայացնում ենք մի քանի բնական միջոցներ, որոնք կբարելավեն մաշկի երանգը, կպաշտպանեն ձմռան ծանր եղանակային պայմաններից։
Բանան
Բանանը հարուստ է հանքային նյութերով և վիտամիններով, որոնք սնուցում և վերականգնում են մաշկը։ Ավելի լավ է բանանը տրորել և քսել մաշկին, քան օգտագործել քիմիական բաղադրիչներով հարուստ արտադրանքները։ Բանանի դիմակը պահել 15 րոպե և լվացվել։ Մաշկը կլինի փափուկ, հիդրատացված և առողջ։
Լոլիկ
Լոլիկը հզոր հակաօքսիդանտ է և պարունակում է բազմաթիվ վիտամիններ ու թթուներ։ Այս հատկությունները հեռացնում են մաշկի մեռած բջիջները և սնուցում մաշկը։ Լավագույն արդյունքի համար լոլիկի հետ խառնել մի փոքր մածուն և քսել մաքուր մաշկին։ Պահել 10 րոպե և լվացվել։ Կատարել այս պրոցեդուրան օրը 1 անգամ և մաշկը կլինի գեղեցիկ, մաքուր և առանց ծակոտիների։
Մեղր
Մեղրը շատ օգտակար է օրգանիզմի համար։ Այն ունի հակաբակտերիալ և խոնավեցնող հատկություններ։ Մեղրը քսել մաշկին և նրբորեն տրորել։ Լվացվել տաք ջրով և վայելել գեղեցիկ մաշկը։
Սոդա
Ապացուցված է, որ սոդան մաշկը մաքրելու լավագույն միջոց է, հատկապես ակնեի հակվածություն ունեցող մաշկի համար։ Այն հեռացնում է մաշկի մեռած բջիջները և օգնում է մաշկին վերականգնվել։ 1 թեյի գդալ սոդային ավելացնել մի քանի կաթիլ ջուր և քսել մաշկին։ Պահել մի քանի րոպե և լվացվել տաք ջրով՝ նրբորեն մերսելով մաշկը։ Լավագույն արդյունքի համար կրկնել այս պրոցեդուրան ամեն օր՝ երեկոյան քնելուց առաջ։
Ավոկադո
Ավոկադոն շատ օգտակար է ինչպես ընդհանուր առողջության, այնպես էլ մաշկի համար։ Ավոկադոն տրորել և քսել մաշկին և, ցանկության դեպքում անգամ մազերին։ Պահել 15-20 րոպե և լվացվել։ Այն շատ լավ խոնավեցնում է մաշկը և փափկացնում։
