Թուրքմենստանում բերման են ենթարկում բանկոմատների մոտ հերթի սպասող անձանց

Թուրքմենստանի Լեբապի մարզի ոստիկանությունը բերման է ենթարկում բանկոմատների մոտ երկար հերթի մեջ սպասող մարդկանց, որոնք փորձում են կանխիկացնել իրենց գումարը։ Այս մասին հայտնում է «Ազատություն» ռադիոկայանի տեղական խմբագրությունը։

 

 

 

Նշվում է, որ բերման ենթարկվածներին բաց են թողնում հարցաքննությունից հետո՝ պահանջելով այլևս հերթ չկանգնել։

 

Տեղական պետական հաստատությունները և այլ կազմակերպություններ նույնպես հանդիպումներ են կազմակերպում աշխատակիցների հետ, որոնց ժամանակ պահանջում են հերթեր չգոյացնել բանկոմատների առաջ։

 

 

 

Բերման ենթարկելու մասին լուրերը սկսել էին տարածվել այն բանից հետո, երբ օգոստոսի 19-ին նախագահ Գուրբանգուլի Բերդիմուհամեդովը հրապարակային քննադատության էր ենթարկել հերթերում սպասող անձանց և Կենտրոնական բանկի նախագահ Մերդան Աննադուրդիևին նկատողություն տվել «բանկոմատների աշխատանքի հանդեպ վերահսկողության թուլացման» պատճառով։

 

Թուրքմենստանում պետական ծառայողների աշխատավարձը, կենսաթոշակները, որպես նպաստ հատկացվող գումարը, կրթաթոշակը, գյուղատնտեսների աշխատավարձը փոխանցվում է բանկային քարտերին։ Թուրքմենստանի քաղաքացիների համար կանխիկացման սահմանափակում է գործում․ յուրաքանչյուր քաղաքացի կարող է կանխիկացնել օրական մինչև 200 մանաթ (համարժեք է ԱՄՆ 57 դոլարին)։ Մարդիկ հաճախ ստիպված են լինում գումար ձեռք բերելու համար գիշերներն անցկացնել բանկոմատների դիմաց գոյացած երկար հերթերում, քանի որ այդ սարքավորումների գումարն արագ է սպառվում։
