Վայոց Ձորի նախկին մարզպետը ստում է. «Լիդիան Արմենիա»
SOCIETYՎայոց Ձորի նախկին մարզպետ Էդգար Ղազարյանի կողմից վարչապետին ներկայացված տեղեկությունը, թե իբր Ընկերությունը ՇՄԱԳ-ի հաստատումից հետո նախագծային փոփոխություն է կատարել, մեղմ ասած, չի համապատասխանում իրականությանը։
«Լիդիան Արմենիա»-ի հայտարարության մեջ մասնավորապես ասված է.
«Նախկին մարզպետ Էդգար Ղազարյանը ստում է: Վայոց Ձորի նախկին մարզպետ Էդգար Ղազարյանի կողմից վարչապետին ներկայացված տեղեկությունը, թե իբր Ընկերությունը ՇՄԱԳ-ի հաստատումից հետո նախագծային փոփոխություն է կատարել, մեղմ ասած, չի համապատասխանում իրականությանը։
Հատկապես Էդգար Ղազարյանը, լինելով նախկին մարզպետ, պետք է որ քաջատեղյակ լիներ, որ այդ տարիներին Ընկերության համար արհեստական խոչընդոտներ ստեղծելու նպատակով 2 անգամ կատարվեցին իրավական ակտերի փոփոխություններ, որոնց պայմաններում Ընկերությունը ստիպված էր կատարել նախագծային փոփոխություններ և ամեն անգամ իրականացնել նոր ՇՄԱԳ-ներ։ Դրանից հետո միայն Ընկերությունը ստացել է իր թույլտվությունները։ Ընդ որում, այն փաստը, որ հենց 2013-14 թվականներին գոյություն չունեցող, հորինված բնապահպանական նկատառումներով կատարվել են իրավական ակտերի նշված փոփոխությունները՝ Լիդիանի համար լրացուցիչ խնդիրներ ստեղծելով, վկայում է այն մասին, որ Ընկերությունը չի ենթարկվել խաղի ընդունված կանոններին և ստեղծված արհեստական խոչընդոտների արդյունքում ստիպված է եղել ամեն անգամ լրացուցիչ գումարներ և ժամանակ վատնել։
Լիդիանի առաջ արհեստական խոչընդոտներ են ստեղծվել բոլոր ժամանակներում։
Հավելենք, որ որպես պատասխանատու ընկերություն, յուրաքանչյուր դեպքում, երբ Ընկերությունը նախագծում կատարել է թեկուզ աննշան փոփոխություններ, ի հակադրություն նմանատիպ իրավիճակներում ընդերքօգտագործման ոլորտում գործունեություն իրականացնող այլ սուբյեկտների վարքագծի, Ընկերությունը նոր ՇՄԱԳ է իրականացրել։ Օրենքի տառից չշեղվելու նպատակով վերջին այսպիսի ՇՄԱԳ-ը իրականացվել է 2016 թվականին, որից հետո Ընկերությունը որևէ նախագծային փոփոխություն չի կատարել։ Բոլոր թույլտվությունները հիմնված են հաստատված ՇՄԱԳ-ի վրա։ Այսպիսով, նախկին մարզպետ Էդգար Ղազարյանը, ցավոք, ստում է»,- նշված է հայտարարության մեջ։
