ՊՆ գնդապետները` աղմկալի միջադեպի կիզակետում

Երեկ Ria.ru կայքը լուր հրապարակեց այն մասին, որ ռուսական ORSIS զինագործական ընկերությունը ՀՀ ՊՆ-ին դատի է տվել մի մրցույթի տապալման համար: Մրցույթը, ըստ հրապարակման, վերաբերվում է փամփուշտների արտադրությանը: Հարցը մամուլում լայն տարածում գտավ և շատ ցավոտ արձագանքներ եղան, ընդհուպ տրվեցին քաղաքական երանգներ: Շատերը սրանում տեսնում են հերթական հայ-ռուսական հակասություններ և այլն: ArmLur.am-ը ևս փորձեց ուսումնասիրել եղելությունը և անցկացրեց փոքրիկ լրագրողական հետաքննություն:
Կարճ ուսումնասիրությունից հետո պարզվեց, որ այս երկու անձիք էլ ՀՀ ԶՈւ ուժերի բարձրաստիճան զինվորականներ են, գնդապետներ: Առաջինը գործող գնդապետ է, երկրորդը պահեստազորի: Առաջինն ի դեպ այս սկանդալից հետո իր մասնակցությունը կասեցրել է: Սակայն պարզ է, որ այստեղ կա շահերի բախում և անհասկանալի իրավիճակ: Բարձր աստիճանի զինվորականը ստեղծում է ընկերություն, և այդ ընկերությունը բանակին զենք ու զինամթերք է մատակարարում:
ArmLur.am-ը փորձեց մյուս կողմից ևս մեկնաբանություն ստանալ, սակայն չհաջողվեց: Մենք պատրաստ ենք հրապարակել նաև երկրորդ կողմի տեսակետը:
