Փաշինյանը կարևոր է համարում ԼՂ հակամարտության ծագման վերաբերյալ բազային տեղեկատվության թարմացումը
POLITICSՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը կարևոր է համարում, որ անընդհատ թարմացվի Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության ծագման և պատճառների վերաբերյալ բազային տեղեկատվությունը:
Այս մասին Փաշինյանն ասաց օգոստոսի 27-ին ՀՀ ԱԳՆ կենտրոնական ապարատի և արտերկրում դիվանագիտական ներկայացուցչությունների ղեկավարների հավաքի ընթացքում:
«Չափազանց դառնացած եմ այն իրավիճակից, որով որպես վարչապետ ժառանգել եմ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հարցի կարգավորման բանակցային գործընթացը և, ընդհանրապես, Ղարաբաղի հարցի միջազգային ընկալումը: Նախորդ տարի ԱԳՆ-ում առիթ ունեցել եմ ասելու, որ ոչ միայն միջազգային ասպարեզում, այլև նույնիսկ ինքներս մեզ համար երբեմն կորցնում ենք Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության ծագման պատճառների, իրավաքաղաքական նրբերանգների տրամաբանական շարադրանքի թելը, և այս երևույթը հաճախ զգալի է միջազգային տարբեր հարթակներում Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության վերաբերյալ քննարկումներ ունենալիս, ընդհուպ, երբեմն Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահության շրջանակում բանակցություններ վարելիս: Այս իմաստով չափազանց կարևոր եմ համարում Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության ծագման, պատճառների, համատեքստի վերաբերյալ բազային տեղեկատվությունն անընդհատ թարմացնելը, որովհետև հաճախ առաջնորդվելով կանխավարկածով, թե միջազգային հանրությունը բավարար չափով տեղեկացված է Ղարաբաղի խնդրի մասին, մենք հաշվի չենք առնում, որ հակամարտության 30 տարվա ընթացքում պաշտոնյաները, նույնիսկ ինստիտուտներն անընդհատ փոխվել են ու փոխվում են, և այդ փոփոխությունների հետ ակնհայտ թվացող ճշմարտությունները հաճախ մոռացվում են, կորսվում և, որ ավելի վատ է, նենգափոխվում: Մենք պետք է առանձնակի ուշադրություն դարձնենք այդ խնդրին, և հետևողական գտնվենք հակամարտության նրբերանգները ներկայացնելիս և հանրահռչակելիս»,- ասաց Փաշինյանը:
Վարչապետը նշեց, որ անհրաժեշտ է նաև միջազգային հանրության մոտ հասկանալի դարձնել, օրինակ` Աբխազիայի, Հարավային Օսիայի և Ղարաբաղի հակամարտությունների տարբերությունը:
«Սա մեզ համար իսկապես լուրջ խնդիր է թե միջազգային, թե տարածաշրջանային առումով: Երբ մենք հստակ արձանագրում ենք, որ, օրինակ՝ Հարավային Օսիայի, Աբխազիայի բնակիչները նույնիսկ այսօր կարող են հանգիստ այցելել Վրաստանի մայրաքաղաք Թբիլիսի և հետ վերադառնալ, իսկ Ռուսաստանի քաղաքացուն Բաքվի օդանավակայանից հետ են ուղարկում միայն այն պատճառով, որ նա հայկական ազգանուն ունի, երբեմն սա ավելի ամբողջական պատկերացում է տալիս Ղարաբաղի հարցի էության մասին, քան նույնիսկ մի քանի ժամանոց դասախոսությունը»,- ասաց Փաշինյանը:
