«Կարո՞ղ է այստեղ Սորոս պապիկի մատը խառն է». Պատգամավորը՝ գիշերօթիկների բեռնաթափման մասին
POLITICSԳիշերօթիկները բեռնաթափելուն ես կատեգորիկ դեմ եմ։ Այս մասին այսօր՝ օգոստոսի 27-ին, լրագրողների հետ հանդիպմանը կարծիք հայտնեց ՀՀ ԱԺ «Բարգավաճ Հայաստան» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Գեւորգ Պետրոսյանը՝ անդրադառնալով գիշերօթիկները բեռնաթափելու կառավարության որոշման մասին։
Պատգամավորը շեշտում է՝ խնդիրը ունի մի քանի կողմ. «Երբ կառավարությունից ասում են՝ աշխատատեղեր չեն կրճատվելու, բա՞ աշխատատեղ չի կրճատվելու, որ գիշերօթիկը լուծարվեց, բա՞ դաստիարակները ինչ են անելու։ Ես մի կարճ ժամանակ ղեկավարել եմ Աշխատանքի եւ սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարությունը եւ այցելել եմ ՀՀ-ում բոլոր մանկապատենական դաստիարակության եւ ծերերի խնամքի կենտրոնները, վաղն էլ ասելու են՝ եկեք ծերերի խնամքի կենտրոններն էլ փակենք։ Երեխեքին ուղարկում են ինչ-որ ««Սոս» մանկական գյուղ», չգիտենք, թե ինչ կասկածելի հաստատություն է այն»։
Պատգամավորը նշում է՝ երեխայի համար գիշերօթիկը տուն է, ընտանիք է, ուսում է տրվում երեխային, կյանքին են պատրաստում գիշերօթիկներում. «Իսկ խնամատար ընտանիք երեւույթը քանի տարի է Հայաստանում ներդրվել է, բայց այդպես էլ չտեսանք այդ երեււոյթի իրական հետեւանքները։ Սխալ են այն մարդիկ, որոնք կարծում են, թե գիշերօթիկը միայն գիշերը մնալու տեղ է։ Գիշերօթիկում կրթություն են տալիս երեխաներին, դա էլ է մի ընտանիք, դա էլ են ուզում քանդել։ Կարո՞ղ է այստեղ Սորոս պապիկի մատը խառն է։ Մարդիկ 60-70 հազար դրամով ահռելի ծանրաբեռնվածությամբ աշխատանք են կատարում իրենց կյանքի եւ առողջության գնով։ Սոցապ նախարարը սեքսի մասին դատողություններ անելուց առաջ փոխանակ մտածի մանկապատանեկան դաստիարակության կենտրոնների դաստիարակների աշխատավարձը բարձրացնի, պայմանները բարելավի, հերիք է կաբինետից պուլտով ղեկավարի համակարգը, սրանից–նրանից էլ ցուցումներ ստանա, թե ինչպես քանդի համակարգը»։
Պատգամավորը շեշտում է՝ մանկատներում ու գիշերօթիկներում բազմաթիվ «արժեքավոր քաղաքացիներ են դուրս եկել».
«Գիտեք՝ մանկատներից ու գիշերօթիկներից դուրս եկած քանի արժեքավոր քաղաքացիներ ունենք, շատ մեծեր ունենք, որոնք մանկատներում ու գիերօթիկներում են մեծացել։ Արտասահմանյան նորամուծությունների համար պետք չէ քանդել Հայաստանում ձեւավորված համակարգը»։
