Ովքեր են Ստեփանակերտի քաղաքապետի թեկնածուները
POLITICSՍեպտեմբերի 8-ին Արցախում կկայանան Տեղական ինքնակառավարման մարմինների ընտրություններ։ Մայրաքաղաք Ստեփանակերտի քաղաքապետի պաշտոնի համար առաջադրվել է 5 թեկնածու՝ Արեգ Ավագյանը, Դավիթ Սարգսյանը, Արմեն Հակոբյանը, Գրիգորի Սահակյանը և Արայիկ Ավանեսյանը։
Թեկնածուներից Արայիկ Ավանեսյանը 40 տարեկան է, «Հայբիզնեսբանկ» ՓԲԸ, Խաչեն մասնաճյուղի կառավարիչ, նորաստեղծ «Ինքնություն և միասնություն» կուսակցությունից է։ Արեգ Ավագյանը 45 տարեկան է, «Արցախգազ» ՓԲԸ, ԳՀՇԾ պետ, ինքնաառաջադրվել է։ Արմեն Հակոբյանը 45 տարեկան է, աշխատում է Ստեփանակերտի քաղաքապետարանում, համայնքի ղեկավարի տեղակալ է, ինքնառաջադրվել է: Գրիգորի Սահակյանը 44 տարեկան է, չի աշխատում, նա ևս ինքնառաջադրվել է։ Դավիթ Սարգսյանը 40 տարեկան է, «Քոնսալթ ֆինանս գրուպ» ՍՊ ընկերության հիմնադիրն ու Արցախի Քիք-Բոքսինգի ֆեդերացիայի նախագահն է։ Թեկնածուներից վերջին չորսն անկուսակցական են։
Նշենք, որ գործող քաղաքապետ Սուրեն Գրիգորյանը չի առաջադրվել։
Արցախում ՏԻՄ ընտրությունների քարոզարշավի մեկնարկը տրվեց օգոստոսի 15-ից։ Թեկնածուներից Դավիթ Սարգսյանն առաջին հանդիպումը քաղաքացիների հետ սկսեց Հին Արմենավանից. ծանոթանալով խնդիրներին՝ խոստացավ իրական լուծումներ։
Պատասխանելով տարատեսակ խոսակցություններին՝ Դավիթ Սարգսյանը բազմիցս հայտարարել է, որ Ստեփանակերտի քաղաքապետի ընտրությանը մասնակցելու որոշումը կայացրել է տարբեր քաղաքական հայացքներ ունեցող թիմակիցների հետ: Նա նշում է, որ առնվազն տարակուսանք է առաջացնում շրջանառվող այն ապատեղեկատվությունը, թե իբր ինքը պայմանավորվածություն է ձեռք բերել այս կամ այն քաղաքական ուժի հետ: Նա վստահեցնում է՝ այս ամենը որևէ առնչություն չունի իրականության հետ և միայն նպատակ է հետապնդում ապակողմնորոշելու ընտրողներին:
Նշենք, որ ՏԻՄ ընտրություններին շուրջ 228 համայնքներում առաջադրվել են 415 համայնքի ղեկավարի և 2573 ավագանու անդամի թեկնածուներ: Արցախում դիտորդական առաքելություն իրականացնելու համար Հայաստանի կառավարությունը երեկվա նիստում 33 միլիոն 680 հազար դրամ է հատկացրել երկու կազմակերպություններին, սակայն դիտորդական առաքելությամբ երկու ՀԿ-ներն ու նրանց գործընկեր կազմակերպությունները չեն հասցնի մասնակցել Արցախի ՏԻՄ ընտրությունների նախընտրական քարոզչությանը։ Այս պահին դեռ դիտորդների հավաքագրմամբ են զբաղվում։
