Այսօր վաղ առավոտից Արճիս համայնքի բնակիչները փակել են Վանաձոր-Բագրատաշեն միջպետական մայրուղին: Նրանք կառավարությունից պահանջում են իրենց հարցը չձգձգել, քանի որ այլևս չեն կարողանում առանց ջրի ապրել:
 
Հարցին թեև տեղյակ է մարզպետարանը, սակայն արդեն մի քանի ամիս է այն կառավարության օրակարգում չի ներառվում, այդ իս պատճառով արճիսցիները ստիված են այս քայլի դիմել, որպեսզի հարցին օր առաջ լուծում տրվի:
 
Ակցիայի մասնակից արճիսցիներն ամբողջ գյուղով Վանաձոր-Բագրատաշեն միջպետական մայրուղու մոտակայքում գտնվող աղբյուրից տարրաներով խմելու ջուր տանելու համար են հասել մայրուղի, քանի որ տարիներ է գյուղի բնակիչները զրկված են խմելու ջրից:
 
Անձրևների սակավության պատճառով սարերից գյուղ հասնող բոլոր աղբյուրները ցամաքել են: Միակ հույսը մնացել է երեք կիլոմետր հեռու գտնվող աղբյուրը:
 
Գյուղի սկզբնամասով անցնում է Կալինիոյի ջրագիծը և ընդամենը երկու կիլոմետր ջրագիծ կառուցելու դեպքում համայնքը կփրկվի ջրազրկված ապրելու տանջանքներից, բայց իրենց հարցը լուծելու համար համյանքի բնակիչները արդեն մի քանի ամիս է սպասում են:
 
Արճիսցիներն Orer.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասացին, որ մարզպետարանը նախագծահաշվարկային բոլոր գործընթացն ավարտել, դիմել է կառավարություն ծրագիրը ֆինանսավորելու համար, սակայն Արճիսի հարցը չի ընդգրկում օրակարգ, որպեսզի ծրագիրը ֆինանսավորվի:
 
«Սա անհետաձգելի լուծում պահանջող խնդիր է և եթե նույնիսկ սեպտեմբերի վերջին ֆինանսավորումը հատկացվի կառավարության կողմից դեռ մի քանի ամիս կտևի, մինչև որևէ կազմակերպություն տենդեր շահի, դրանից հետո էլ երեքից վեց ամիս շինարարական աշխատանքներն են տևելու:
 
Ստացվում է, որ մենք մոտակա հինգ-վեց ամսում ջուր չենք ունենալու: Դիմացը ձմռան ամիսներ են, մենք խնդրում ենք, որ կառավարությունը շուտ ֆինանսավորում հատկացնի, որպեսզի հարցը օր առաջ լուծվի»,- ասում էին արճիսի բնակիչները:
 
Մինչ հարցին գլոբալ լուծում տրվի, որն ինչպես նշեցինք ժամանակ է պահանջելու, նրանք մեկ այլ խնդրանք ունեն կառավարությունից: Առաջարկում են մինչ շինարարություն սկսելը գյուղի մոտով անցնող ջրագծից առանձին խողովակ կառուցել և այդտեղից ջրատար մեքենաներով ջուրը մոտակա ջրավազաններ հասցնել, որտեղից էլ հնարավոր կլինի ջուրը տներ հասցնել:
 
«Եթե հնարավոր լինի նման եղանակով օրական 100 տոննա ջուր տեղափոխել ջրավազաններ, յուրաքանչյուր ընտանիքի հաշվով օրական 300 լիտր ջուր կունենանք, գոնե կկարողանանք լվացվելու, աման լվանալու ջուր ունենալ: Մեր երկու պահանջն էլ շտապ է, քանի որ առանց ջրի ապրել այլևս հնարավոր չէ»,- ասում են ակցիայի մասնակիցները:
