Այսօր տոնական օր է, Գյումրին նշում է քաղաքի տոնը: Առանձին ուրախությամբ եմ անդրադառնում այս տոնին, քանզի ինչ-որ բան հուշում է, որ տոնական տրամադրությունը քաղաքում կշարունակվի նաեւ հաջորդ օրերին:

Վստահ եմ, որ այս բարեբեր շարժը շարունակական է լինելու ու էլ ավելի է զարգանալու հետագա տարիներին: Վստահ եմ նաեւ, որ գալիք տարիներին մեր երկու քաղաքների միջեւ համագործակցությունը նորանոր բարձունքներ է գրավելու՝ բոլոր ոլորտներում:
