BLOGՏեղեկատվական հոսքերի համադրումը հուշում է, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը Ամուլսարի շահագործման հարցում սկսում է «նահանջ երգով» օպերացիան: Այս մասին Facebook-ի իր էջում գրել է ՀՀԿ փոխնախագահ Արմեն Աշոտյանը:
Նա, մասնավորապես, նշել է. «Սերժ Սարգսյանի ձերբակալման մանյովրը տանուլ տալուց հետո Նիկոլը որոշեց գնալ վա-բանկ առանց հանրության ուշադրությունը շեղող սենսացիոն շղարշի:
Այն, ինչ եղավ հետո, շատ հուզիչ էր:
Սկզբից չաշխատեց այս հարցով իր հայտնի լայվը, հետո՝ փաստացի տապալվեց Ջերմուկյան այցը, իսկ տեղեկատվական հոսքերի մեջ Նիկոլի վարկանիշը պատառոտվում էր տիեզերական արագությամբ:
Եվ ահա, կանգնած լինելով սեփական վարկանիշի կորստի եւ երկրի վարկանիշի կորստի երկընտրանքի առջեւ, Նիկոլը նախընտրում է փրկել ինքն իրեն՝ երկրի հաշվին:
Չեմ քննարկում, արդյոք ճիշտ է այդ որոշումը թե սխալ: Իրենք են իշխանություն եւ պետք է պատասխանատվություն կրեն ցանկացած որոշման համար:
Սակայն, այ ընկեր, եթե պիտի նահանջես, այս բոլոլան ինչո՞ւ սարքեցիր: Քանիցս ասել եմ, որ այս իշխանությունը իրականում չունի երկրի զարգացման տեսլական: Ամուլսարով պարզվեց, որ այն չունի նաեւ քաղաքական կամք, որոշումներ կայացնելու ունակություն եւ սեփական որոշումներին տեր կանգնելու խիզախություն:
Ստացվեց այնպես, որ ժողովրդական լեզվով ասած, Նիկոլը գերադասելու է «նաղդ ռեյտինգը նիսյա ներդրումներին» : Մոտիկ ու անձնական խնդիրները իրեն ավելի մտահոգեցին, քան հեռահար ու պետականները:
Դժվար չէ կանխատեսել նման շրջադարձի հետեւանքները Հայաստանի համար: Ու խոսքը բացարձակ հնարավոր արբիտրաժի, տույժ ու տուգանքի մասին չէ, քանզի վստահ եմ, որ նման դեպքում բոլորս միասին կկպնենք իրար երկրի շահերը պաշտպանելու համար:
Խոսքս ավելի լուրջ եւ համակարգային հետեւանքների մասին՝ IMF, WB, արտասահմանյան ներդրումներ եւ այլն: Նման անլուրջ ղեկավարությամբ երկիր ոչ մի լուրջ ներդրող այլեւս փողեր չի բերելու:
