Ժամանակին, երբ իմ կողմից բարձրաձայնվում էր Գյումրու «Շիրակ» օդանավակայանից ուղղություններ ավելացնելու անհրաժեշտության հարցը, այն բնականաբար բովանդակային քննարկման առարկա չդարձավ: Այս մասին Facebook-ի իր էջում գրել է «Լուսավոր Հայաստան» խմբակցության ղեկավար Էդմոն Մարուքյանը:

 

Նա, մասնավորապես, նշել է.

 

«Այս անգամ որոշեցի ինքս օգտվել Գյումրու օդանավակայանից՝ հասկանալու համար, թե ինչ պայմաններ է այն առաջարկում ուղեւորներին, եւ պետք է ասեմ, որ օդանավակայանն ունի զարգանալու մեծ ներուժ։

 

Պետք է նաեւ խորին շնորհակալությունս հայտնեմ տեղի սահմանապահ ծառայության, սպասասրահի եւ մաքսայինի աշխատակիցներին՝ մեծ պատասխանատվությամբ, ջերմությամբ ու պատրաստակամությամբ պատմելու համար, թե ինչպես կարող է իրենց օդանավակայանը զարգանալ եւ ինչպես են նրանք դրան սպասում ու պատկերացնում։

 

Մինչդեռ, ըստ այժմ ստացվող տեղեկությունների՝ իռլանդական «RyanAir» ընկերությունը մտնում է հայկական շուկա, սակայն պայմանագիր է կնքում ոչ թե «Շիրակ», այլ Զվարթնոց օդանավակայանի հետ, ինչը կրկին անգամ ուժեղացնում է Զվարթնոցի եւ հետեւաբար թուլացնում Գյումրու օդանավակայանի դիրքերը։

 

Այսպիսով, կոչս է կառավարությանը՝ հնարավորինս ամրապնդել Գյումրու օդանավակայանի պոտենցիալը, բարելավել սպասասրահի պայմաններն ու ամենակարեւորը վերջապես ջանք գործադրել ավելացնել նոր ուղղություններ «Շիրակ» օդանավակայանից՝ ամրապնդելու համար նրա դիրքերը եւ մրցակցային հնարավորությունները շուկայում։
