«Արմավիր» ՔԿՀ–ում հայտնաբերվել է կնոջ և աներորդու սպանությունների մեջ մեղադրվող տղամարդու դին

ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարարության «Արմավիր» քրեակատարողական հիմնարկի աշխատակիցը օգոստոսի 23-ին՝ ժամը 14:00-ի սահմաններում, հայտնաբերել է կալանավորված անձ, 1955թ. նոյեմբերի 25-ին ծնված Ժորա Հակոբի Հակոբյանի դին՝ պատուհանի ճաղավանդակից իրեն հատկացված սավանով կախված վիճակում: Հակոբյանը մեղադրվում էր կնոջ և աներորդու սպանությունների համար:
Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ԱՆ քրեակատարողական ծառայության հանրային կապերի բաժնից, ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Արմավիրի մարզային քննչական վարչության Վաղարշապատի քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 104-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով և 235-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով նախատեսված հանցագործությունների հատկանիշներով:
Հակոբյանը ձերբակալվել էր 2019թ. հունիսի 11-ին: Հունիսի 14-ին ՀՀ Արմավիրի մարզի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի որոշմամբ նրա նկատմամբ խափանման միջոց էր ընտրվել կալանավորումը, և նույն օրը նա տեղափոխվել էր ՀՀ ԱՆ «Արմավիր» ՔԿՀ:
Հակոբյանը գտնվել է հոգեկան անհավասարակշիռ վիճակում, դրսևորել է ագրեսիվ վարքագիծ: ՀՀ ԱՆ «Արմավիր» քրեակատարողական հիմնարկի բժիշկների կողմից ախտորոշվել է օրգանական էնցեֆալոպաթիա, հրավիրվել է հոգեբույժ, որը նշանակել է համապատասխան բուժում: 2019թ. օգոստոսի 12-ից Հակոբյանը հայտարարել էր հացադուլ և տեղափոխվել այդ նպատակով հատուկ առանձնացված խուց: Վերջինս եղել է հիմնարկի բժիշկների հսկողության տակ և ստացել դեղորայքային բուժումներ:
Դեպքի հանգամանքները պարզելու նպատակով ՀՀ ՔԿ Վաղարշապատի քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ:
