Ուշագրավ մանրամասներ՝ Տաշիրի բնակչուհու սպանությունից. պարզվել են սպանության հանգամանքները

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Լոռու մարզային քննչական վարչությունում ավարտվել է Տաշիր քաղաքի բնակչուհու սպանության դեպքի առթիվ հարուցված քրեական գործի նախաքննությունը: Ձեռնարկված քննչական գործողությունների արդյունքում պարզվել են սպանության հանգամանքները, առերևույթ հանցագործություն կատարած անձի ինքնությունը, շարժառիթը։

1952թ. ծնված բնակչուհու դին հայտնաբերվել է 2014 թվականի հունվարի 27-ին՝ ժամը 21։30-ի սահմաններում, Տաշիր քաղաքում գտնվող իր բնակարանում՝ բռնության հետքերով։

Նախաքննությամբ պարզվել է, որ դեպքի օրը՝ 2014թ. հունվարի 27-ին՝ ժամը 13:00-ից 14:00-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում, նրան է այցելել Լոռու մարզի բնակիչ Ա.Խանաղյանը՝ պարտքով գումար խնդրելու։

Քննությամբ ձեռք բերված ապացույցների համաձայն՝ կինը մերժել է պարտքով գումար տրամադրել և վիրավորական որոշ խոսքեր ասել՝ Ա.Խանաղյանի մերձավորների վերաբերյալ, որից հետո վերջինս, խոհանոցի դռան մոտից վերցնելով մետաղյա կացնանման գործիքը, 8 անգամ անկանոն հարվածներ է հասցրել կնոջ գլխի և ծոծրակային հատվածների շրջաններում՝ պատճառելով գլխուղեղի կենսական կաևորագույն ֆունկցիաների սուր խանգարման հետ անմիջական պատճառական կապի մեջ գտնվող մարմնական վնասվածքներ։ Ստացած մարմնական վնասվածքներից կինը մահացել է։

Նախաքննությամբ պարզվել է, որ սպանությունից հետո, հյուրասենյակի սեղանի վրայից հափշտակելով տան տիրուհուն պատկանող բջջային հեռախոսը, Ա.Խանաղյանը բանալիով փակել է մուտքի դուռը ու հեռացել՝ իր հետ վերցնելով հանցագործության գործիքը։

Կատարված քննչական գործողությունների արդյունքում հանցագործությունը բացահայտվել է 2015 թվականի փետրվարին և ձեռք բերված ապացույցների համակցությամբ՝ փետրվարի 12-ին Ա.Խանաղյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 104-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով և ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 177-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով: Առաջադրված մեղադրանքում նա իրեն մեղավոր է ճանաչել:

Քրեական գործը՝ մեղադրական եզրակացությամբ, 2015 թվականի հունիսի 18-ին ուղարկվել է նախաքննության օրինականության նկատմամբ հսկողություն իրականացնող դատախազին։

Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով' դատարանի' օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
