Շարունակելով շարքը՝ ձեր ուշադրությանն ենք ներկայացնում Նոր Հայաստանի կառավարության անդամների տարեկան հայտարարագրերը:
 
Բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնատար անձանց էթիկայի հանձնաժողովում Շրջակա միջավարի նախարար Էրիկ Գրիգորյանը՝ 2019 թվականի մայիսի 31-ի դրությամբ հայտարարագրերի ռեեստր է ներկայացրել իր գույքի և եկամուտների մասին հայտարարագիրը: Դատելով մեկ տարվա ընթացքում երկու անգամ ներկայացված հայտարարագրումներից՝ պարզ է դառնում, որ նախորդ տարվա համեմատությամբ նախարարի ունեցվածքում էական փոփոխություն է նկատվում, պակասել է երկու ավտոմեքենա, փոխարենը՝ ավելացել է երկու անշարժ գույք: Նշենք, որ իբրև անշարժ գույք նախարար Գրիգորյանը դեռ 2018թ. հունիսի 9-ին հայտարարագրել էր բնակարան՝ բազմաբնակելի շենքում և երկու շարժական գույք` «OPEL VECTRA A 1.6 I» և «TOYOTA COROLLA 1.6» մակնիշների ավտոմեքենաներ, երկուսն էլ՝ մարդատար: Այս տարի նախարարը չունի ավտոմեքենա, փոխարենը՝ հայտարարագրել է 30 մլն 508 հազար դրամ արժողությամբ նույն միակ բնակարանը և մի ավտոտնակ, որը ձեռք է բերել 3.5 միլիոն դրամով: Ավելին՝ նախարարի ունեցվածքում ևս մեկ միավոր է ավելացել՝ անշարժ գույք, ինչը, սակայն, ներկայացված չէ ո՛չ իր, և ո՛չ էլ կնոջ հայտարարագրում:
 
Առողջապահության նախարար Արսեն Թորոսյանը ներկայացրած հայտարարագրում նշել է, որ իր ունեցած երկու մարդատար ավտոմոբիլային տրանսպորտի միջոցները հարկային տարում օտարել է և նշել դրանց վաճառքի գները։ Թորոսյանը նաև նշել է հարկային տարում իր հանձնած և ստացած փոխառությունները։ Ըստ հրապարակված տվյալների՝ Թորոսյանը հանձնել է 20,331 ԱՄՆ դոլար։ Թորոսյանի դրամական միջոցները հարկային տարվա սկզբում և վերջում ունեն հետևյալ պատկերը՝ Թորոսյանը հարկային տարվա սկզբում ունեցել է 435,000 ՀՀ դրամ, 15,000 Եվրո, 21,000 ԱՄՆ դոլար, որոնք հարկային տարվա վերջում դարձել են 1,925,000 ՀՀ դրամ, 22,000 Եվրո, 1,400 ԱՄՆ դոլար։ Թորոսյանի եկամուտները հարկային տարում կազմել են 26,245,000 ՀՀ դրամ, ինչը նշանակում է, որ Թորոսյանի եկամուտները պաշտոնը ստանձնելուց հետո զգալիորեն ավելացել են։
 
Արդարադատության նախարար Ռուստամ Բադասյանն իր տարեկան հայտարարագրում նշել է 18 միլիոն 180 հազար դրամ աշխատավարձի կամ դրանց հավասարեցված այլ վճարումների տեսքով։ Իսկ որպես դրամական միջոց 2 000 եվրո, 2 միլիոն դրամ տարեսկզբին և տարեվերջին արդեն 7 միլիոն դրամ։ Ռուստամ Բադասյանը նաև հայտարարագրել է 5 000 դրամի բաժնեմաս, որն օտարել է 2018 հարկային տարում։
 
Ֆինանսների նախարար Ատոմ Ջանջուղազյանը հայտարարագրել է 8,400,000.00 ՀՀ դրամ, 24,500.00 ԱՄՆ դոլար, 12,800.00 եվրո: Հայտարարատու պաշտոնատար անձի եկամուտները հարկային տարում կազմել են
19,002,159.00 ՀՀ դրամ:
