ԱԻ նախարարն արտահերթ նիստ է հրավիրել. հրդեհների թիվը կտրուկ աճել է
SOCIETYՕգոստոսի 20-ին, ժամը 16:00-ին, ԱԻ նախարար-օպերատիվ շտաբի պետ Ֆելիքս Ցոլակյանը հրավիրել էր օպերատիվ աշխատանքային խմբի արտահերթ նիստ՝ քննարկելու և վերլուծելու հանրապետությունում առկա աղետների ռիսկ պարունակող խնդիրները: Հանդիպման սկզբում նախարարը ներկայացրել է Հայաստանում առկա հրդեհավտանգ իրավիճակը, նշելով, որ հրդեհների թիվը կտրուկ աճել է:
Դրանով պայմանավորված, օրվա առանձին ժամերին Փրկարար ծառայությունն աշխատում է գերծանրաբեռնված ռեժիմով: Մասնավորապես, օգոստոսի 20-ի դրությամբ հանրապետությունում գրանցվել է 6796 հրդեհ, նախորդ տարվա նույն ժամանակահատվածի 4340-ի դիմաց: Երևանում հրդեհների թիվը ավելացել է շուրջ 1000-ով:
Նախարար Ցոլակյանը նշել է, որ այս թվերը պետք է զգաստացնեն հասարակությանը, իսկ պատկան մարմիններին ստիպեն աշխատել առավել կազմակերպված: Այս առումով` Ֆելիքս Ցոլակյանը շեշտել է, որ ԱԻՆ-ն աղետներին վերաբերող բոլոր դեպքերում ունի ֆունկցիոնալ գործառույթ, բայց մյուս գերատեսչությունները պետք է բարձր արդյունավետությամբ աշխատեն նույն նպատակադրումով, որով էլ պայմանավորված է աշխատանքային խմբի ստեղծումը:
Նախարարը տեղեկացրել է, որ ԱԻՆ Փրկարար ծառայության ճգնաժամային կառավարման ազգային կենտրոնին տվել է հանձնարարական, համաձայն որի բարդության որոշակի աստիճան ունեցող դեպքերի մասին կահազանգեն շտաբի անդամներին`ըստ ոլորտների համապատասխան պարտադիր կազմակերպական աշխատանքներ կատարելու համար:
Ֆելիքս Ցոլակյանը շտաբի անդամներին առաջարկել է գնահատել աղետածին վտանգների լրջությունը և հավաքական կազմակերպվածությամբ փորձել դիմագրավել: Նախարարը նկատել է, որ աղետները հիմնականում տեղի են ունենում անսպասելի և անակնկալ, ուստի պետք է ձևավորել աղետների հնարավոր կանխատեսման և արձագանքման արդյունավետ մեխանիզմներ:
