POLITICSՊարոն վարչապետ կանգ առ, դիմացդ Ամուլսարի անդունդն է: Այս մասին հայտարարություն է տարածել Հայաստանի դեմոկրատական կուսակցության նախագահ Արամ Գասպարի Սարգսյանը:
Նա, մասնավորապես, նշել է.
«Մի պատմություն հիշեցի, երբ դժվարությամբ լսում էի Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի երկարաշունչ բացատրությունները, թե ինչու Ամուլսարի շահագործումը մեծագույն վերելքի կհասցնի վերահսկողության մակարդակը:
Ուրեմն, 1974թ. Հայաստանի Խորհրդային հանրապետությունում նախահեղափոխական վիճակ էր: Հեչ մի զարմացեք: Այն ժամանակներին բնորոշ էր՝ եթե աշխատավոր մարդիկ տեղական իշխանությունից լուրջ դժգոհություն էին հայտնում (նամակներ էին ուղարկում ԽՄԿԿ քաղբյուրո, ծառայությունները հատուկ հարցումներ էին կազմակերպում, մամուլի հոդվածներն էին վերլուծվում եւ այլն), ապա Մոսկվան սկսում էր նախապատրաստել հանրապետության ղեկավարի փոփոխությունը:
ՀԿԿ նոյեմբերյան պլենումում Կարեն Դեմիրճյանին ընտրեցին Կենտկոմի առաջին քարտուղար: Այդ օրերին ես աշխատում էի Մոսկվայում՝ «Կոմսոմոլսկայա Պրավդա» թերթում: Գլխավոր խմբագիրը հարցրեց, կարո՞ղ եմ կենտրոնական թերթերից առաջինը հարցազրույց ունենալ նորընտիր քարտուղարի հետ:
Ընդամենը մեկ շաբաթ էր Կարեն Դեմիրճյանը զբաղեցնում երկրի ղեկավարի առանձնասենյակը: Ինձ ընդունեց կարճ, բայց ինձ համար բովանդակալից ժամանակով: Երկու գրասեղանների վրա առանձին բուրգերով գրքեր էին շարված: Զրույցի մանրամասներն առանձին պատմության թեմա են:
Երբ դուրս եկա, առանձնասենյակից, ընդունարանում տեսա պատկառելի մարդկանց խումբ: Հանրապետությունում հայտնի գիտնականներ էին: Նրանց ներս հրավիրեցին: Օգնականին հարցրեցի՝ «Բողոքելու են եկե՞լ հին «ռեժիմից»: «Ոչ, ինչ ես ասում, Կարեն Սերոբովիչն ինքն է հրավիրում լավագույն մասնագետներին, ժամերով լսում, հարցեր է տալիս, խորանում է իրեն անծանոթ բնագավառների խնդիրների լուծման հնարավորություններին»: «Իսկ գրքերը, որ խնամքով դասավորված են սեղանին, կարդու՞մ է»: «Երեկ եւ այսօր առավոտյան Ճապոնիայի հետպատերազմյան փորձն էր ուսումնասիրում»:
Հետո այդ յուրահատուկ «լիկբեզի» մասնակիցներից իմացա, որ լինի մշակույթի, գյուղատնտեսության, առավել եւս՝ գիտության եւ արդյունաբերության բնագավառ, Կարեն Դեմիրճյանն իր հարցերով եւ նախանշվող ծրագրերով զարմացնում էր գիտակներին քննարկվող թեմայի տիրապետմամբ:
1975 հունվարին Կարեն Դեմիրճյանն իր ընտրությունից երկու ամիս հետո, հանդես եկավ խոր վերլուծությամբ հագեցած, բոլոր հիմնահարցերը վերհանած, համակարգային փոփոխությունները նախանշած զեկույցով:
Ոչ բոլոր երազանքները կատարվեցին, արատավոր երեւույթներն արմատախիլ եղան, բայց Կարեն Դեմիրճյանի կառավարման ունակությունները, ճշգրիտ որոշումներ կայացնելու հմտությունը, հանրապետության եւ ազգային (հատուկ շեշտում եմ՝ ազգային) շահերը դիվանագիտորեն պաշտպանելու սկզբունքայնությունը մինչ օրս մնացին անգերազանցելի:
