Ես չեմ կարա հավատամ, որ Օգանովսկին ժողովրդի վրա կրակելու հրաման է տվել: Այս մասին այսօր՝ օգոստոսի 20-ին լրագրողների հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ նշեց ԱԺ նախկին պատգամավոր գեներալ Սեյրան Սարոյանը՝ անդրադառնալով BBC-ի հրապարակմանը, որտեղ նշվել է, որ մարտի 1-ի դեպքերի ժամանակ կրակելու հրամանը տվել է գեներալ Սամվել Կարապետյանը (Օգանովսկին):
«Մարտի 1-ին մեր բախտը բերեց, որ մենք գնացինք տուն, թե չէ դա էլ էին կապել մեր հետ, քրքրել էին Մանվելին: Էն կողմից իշխանություն էր ուզում, որ խառնվենք, մյուս կողմից՝ ժողովուրդը, որ հետո սաղ շառը գցեին մեր վրա: Մենք հասկացանք, որ ամեն ինչը ֆռցնում են մեր վրա, թողեցինք եկանք տուն: Մենք մի շաբաթ տնից դուրս չենք եկել»,-ասաց Սարոյանը:
Դիտարկմանը, որ ըստ BBC-ի տեղեկության այդ օրը Արցախից զինվորականներ են եկել, գեներալն արձագանքեց. «Էդ օրը սաղս էլ տեսել ենք, որ բոլորն էլ Երեւանում են եղել: Հիմա ի՞նչ խաբենք իրար»:
