SOCIETYՕգոստոսի 17-ին ոստիկանությունում տեղի ունեցավ օպերատիվ խորհրդակցություն, որը վարում էր ՀՀ ոստիկանության պետ, ոստիկանության գեներալ-մայոր Վալերի Օսիպյանը: Մասնակցում էին ոստիկանության պետի տեղակալները, կենտրոնական ապարատի, մարզային ստորաբաժանումների ղեկավարները նաեւ սպայական առաջին ուսադիրներն ստանալու եւ պարգեւատրման համար ներկայացած ծառայողներ։
Ողջունելով ներկաներին` Վալերի Օսիպյանը շնորհավորեց կրտսեր խմբի պաշտոններ զբաղեցնող այն վեց ծառայողներին, ովքեր առաջխաղացման կարգով նշանակվել էին սպայական կազմի պաշտոններում՝ ստանալով լեյտենանտի կոչում։ Առաջին սպայական ուսադիրները ծառայողներն անձամբ ստացան ոստիկանության պետ Վալերի Օսիպյանից:
2019 թվականի առաջին կիսամյակի օպերատիվ-ծառայողական գործունեության ընթացքում բարձր ցուցանիշներ ապահովելու, ծառայողական պարտականությունները բարեխղճորեն եւ բարձր պատասխանատվությամբ կատարելու համար տարբեր ստորաբաժանումների եւս 10 ծառայող արժանացան մեդալների, կրծքանշանների ու պատվոգրերի։
«Այսօր ծառայողն առաջխաղացման կամ պարգեւատրման է արժանանում բացառապես իր գիտելիքների, իր աշխատանքի շնորհիվ` առանց որեւէ մեկի միջնորդության ու հովանավորության: Բարեխիղճ աշխատանքն ու մասնագիտական որակներն են առաջխաղացման գրավականը»,-ասաց Վալերի Օսիպյանը։ Եվս մեկ անգամ շնորհավորելով պարգեւատրվողներին եւ մաղթելով բարի ծառայություն` ոստիկանության պետը շարունակեց խորհրդակցությունը:
Վալերի Օսիպյանը անդրադարձավ 2019 թվականի առաջին կիսամյակում արձանագրված ցուցանիշներին։ Վերլուծելով հանրապետության օպերատիվ իրավիճակը` ոստիկանության պետը հանցագործությունների նախականխման, կանխման եւ բացահայտման ուղղությամբ տվեց կոնկրետ ցուցումներ՝ տիրապետել սպասարկվող տարածքի օպերատիվ իրավիճակին, բնակիչների հետ պարբերաբար հանդիպումներ կազմակեպելով ամրապնդել ոստիկանություն-հասարակություն կապը, առավել ուշադիր ծառայել բոլոր այն վայրերում, որտեղ կան ռիսկային օբյեկտներ, հասարակական կարգը խախտող քաղաքացիների, կարգազանց վարորդների նկատմամբ լինել խիստ եւ սկզբունքային։
«Անհրաժեշտության դեպքում օրենքը թույլ է տալիս նաեւ ֆիզիկական ուժ գործադրել, սակայն ֆիզիկական ուժի կիրառումը պետք է տարբերել բռնությունից: Իսկ եթե կլինեն կաշկանդված ոստիկաններ, որոնք իրենց անգործությամբ կասկածի տակ կդնեն ոստիկանի պատիվն ու արժանապատվությունը, այդ ոստիկանները իրենց վերադասների հետ կպատժվեն խստորեն»,-ասաց Վալերի Օսիպյանը:
