Արսեն Գասպարյանը՝ վարչապետի գլխավոր խորհրդականի պաշտոնից իր հեռացման մասին
INTERVIEWՀայաստանի Հանրապետության վարչապետի նախկին գլխավոր խորհրդական Արսեն Գասպարյանն անդրադարձել է վարչապետի աշխատակազմից իր հեռացմանը: «Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում Արսեն Գասպարյանը հայտնեց, որ վարչապետի գլխավոր խորհրդականի պաշտոնից ազատվել է սեփական դիմումի համաձայն:
Ինչո՞վ էր պայմանավորված Ձեր հեռացումը վարչապետի աշխատակազմից:
Ազատվել եմ վարչապետի գլխավոր խորհրդականի պաշտոնից իմ սեփական դիմումի համաձայն: Վարչապետի կադրային քաղաքականությունը կարող է նախատեսել որոշ վերադասավորումներ և կադրային էթիկայի կանոնների համաձայն չէի ուզենա հավելյալ մեկնաբանությունների մեջ մտնել: Կարող եմ միայն նշել, հետագա իմ գործունեությունը պայմանավորված է սոսկ վարչապետի և իմ միջև կայացած քննարկումներով:
Զանգվածային լրատվության միջոցները տարբեր պատճառներ են շահարկում Ձեր հեռացման վերաբերյալ: Ի՞նչ պարտականություններ եք ունեցել աշխատակազմում և ինչ կասեիք մամուլումնշված Ձեր ազատման դրդապատճառների մասին:
Մամուլում նշված բոլոր դրդապատճառները, առանց բացառության, չեն համապատասխանում իրականությանը: Ես զբաղվել եմ Հայաստանի արտաքին տնտեսական կապերով, ուղղորդել եմ մի շարք ներդրումային ծրագրեր և վարչապետին ներկայացրել եմ 46 ներդրումային ծրագիր, որոնցից մի մասն արդեն իրականացվել են, իսկ մնացածը դեռ ընթացքի մեջ են:
Ղեկավարել եմ Թափոնների կառավարման և վերամշակման աշխատանքային խումբը, ինչպես նաև Ազգային փոքրամասնությունների խորհուրդը: Հայաստանում Իտալիայի դեսպանության հետ համատեղ կազմակերպել եմ հայ-իտալական բիզնես ֆորումը, որը վերջերս կայացավ Երևանում և Գյումրիում: Կատարել եմ, իհարկե, վարչապետի տարբեր հանձնարարականներն արտաքին տնտեսական և արտաքին քաղաքականության ոլորտներում:
Ներգրավված եմ եղել մի շարք միջպետական ու բազմակողմ բանակցություններում, ներառյալ ԵՏՄ – Սինգապուր ազատ առևտրի համաձայնագրի շուրջ, որը հուսով եմ կստորագրվի հոկտեմբերի 1-ին Երևանում: Համոզված եմ, որ աշխատակազմի իմ գործընկերների և այլ պետական ինստիտուտների շնորհիվ այս բոլոր աշխատանքային ուղղություններում, որոնք ես սկսել եմ, դրական արդյունքներ կարձանագրվեն մոտ ապագայում:
