Ամուլսարի թնջուկի մասին խոսելիս ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը կառավարության նիստերից մեկի ժամանակ ասել է, որ հարցը հանգուցալուծելու համար հարկավոր է այլ ճանապարհով գնալ և միջազգային անառարկելու հեղինակություն ունեցող կազմակերպության եզրակացություն ստանալ:

 

Վարչապետին, ինչպես նաև ողջ հանրությանը հետաքրքրող ամենակարևոր հարցերը Սևանա լճի, Ջերմուկի ջրերի և ընդհանրապես ջրահավաք ավազանի անվտանգությանն է, որի մասին, սակայն, շարունակում են հարաբերական չեզոքություն պահպանել ոլորտի պատասխանատուներն ու անձամբ Էրիկ Գրիգորյանը:

 

Վարչապետն իր խոսքում նշել էր նաև, որ եթե պարզվի, որ հանքի շագահործումը վտանգ չի ներկայացնում, ապա կթույլատրեն հանքը շահագործել, իսկ եթե պարզվի, որ վտանգ կա, ապա կառավարությունն այլ ճանապարհով կգնա:

 

Բնական է, որ վարչապետի նշած երկու՝ «եթե՝ ապա» տարբերակները ոգևորել են հանքի շահագործման հարցում ուղղակի կամ ստվերային շահագրգռվածություն ունեցող անձանց: Եվ հիմա նրանք կարող են ամեն ինչ անել, որպեսզի նախագիծը հնարավորինս անվտանգ լույսի ներքո ներկայացվի: Չնայած, պարզից էլ պարզ է, որ մետաղական հանքերի բաց շահագործումը չի կարող անվտանգ լինել շրջակա միջավայրի համար, որի մասին գիտեն անգամ դպրոցականները:

 

Ուշագրավ է, որ Ամուլսարի հարցի շուրջ միանշանակ չեն նաև ԱԺ «Իմ քայլը» խմբակցության անդամների մոտեցումները: Մասնավորապես, խմբակցության պատգամավոր Էդգար Առաքելյանն իր էջում հետաքրքիր դիտարկումներ է արել, վերջին փորձաքննություն իրականացրած «Էլարդ» ընկերության մասին, նշելով, թե ի՞նչ հիմնավորումներ կան պնդելու, որ այն միջազգային հեղինակավոր ընկերություն է, ոչ թե պարզապես օտարերկրյա կառույց:

 

Ու թեև պատգամավորը հարց է բարձրացնում նաև Քննչական կոմիտեի քննիչների՝ եզրակացությունն ամբողջությամբ կարդալու ու այն ճիշտ ըմբռնելու մասին, սակայն կարևոր է ընդգծել, որ այն ինչն ուսումնասիրել են քննիչները, ոչ թե մայր օրինակն է եղել, այլ՝ թարգմանություն, ինչը կամա, թե ակամա ևս կարող է որոշակի շեղումներ ունենալ բնագրից, ինչի մասին բոլորը, չգիտես ինչու, կրկին լռում են:

 

Ի դեպ, Ամուլսարի մասին պատգաավորի մոտեցումը կիսում է նաև ԱԺ Տարածքային կառավարման, տեղական ինքնակառավարման, գյուղատնտեսության և բնապահպանության հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Վարազդատ Կարապետյանը: Նա իր ֆեյբուքյան էջում անդարդառնալով Ամուլսարի շահագործման վերաբերյալ Էդգար Առաքելյանի բարձրացրած հարցերին և մտահոգություններին, նշել է, որ իր կարծիքով դրանք ավելի քան տեղին են:

 

Ստացվում է, որ իշխող քաղաքական էլիտայի շարքերում, այնուամենայնիվ, կան պատգամավորներ, որոնք իշխանություններին հաճոյանալու խնդիր չունեն: Ավելին, համարձակություն ունեն իրենց տեսակետն ուղիղ տեքստով ձևակերպելու: Այսինքն՝ նրանց համար կարևորը ոչ թե իշխանահաճո մտքեր շարադրելն է, այլ երկրի թիվ մեկ հոգսը դարձած Ամուլսարի խնդրին ճիշական տ ու վերջնլուծում տալը:

 

Ինչ վերաբերում է իշխանական այլ օղակների, մասնավորապես Շրջական միջավայրի նախարարի կողմից հարցի մասին անհասկանալի լռություն պահպանելուն, ապա կարող ենք ենթադրել, որ չի բացառվում, որ նրա լռությունն էլ իր գինը կարող է ունենալ, որի պատասխանը ամենայն հավանականությամբ կստանանք առաջիկանում:
