Ի՞նչ հաճախությամբ է պետք մազերը շամպունով լվանալ, որպեսզի դրանք առողջ մնան ու լավ տեսք ունենան: Ոմանք ասում են, որ որքան հազվադեպ՝ այդքան լավ, մյուսները հավաստիացնում են, որ պարտադիր ամեն օր: Իրականում, ինչպես գրում է Foxnews.com-ը, մազերը լվանալը մարդու անհատական գործն է, ու դրանք լվանալու հաճախությունը կախված է մազերի տեսակից, Ձեր ակտիվության մակարդակից ու մի շարք այլ գործոններից:

Ինչպե՞ս է ազդում շամպունը ու ինչի՞ համար է այն առհասարակ պետք

Երբ մենք երկար ժամանակ չենք լվանում մազերը, գլխի մաշկի վրա կուտակվում են ճարպ (որը արտադրվում է հենց օրգանիզմի կողմից, որպեսզի պաշտպանի մազերն ու մաշկը) եւ փոշի: Շամպունները պարունակում են լվացող նյութ, գրեթե նույնը, ինչ պարունակում են լոգանքի գելերը ու սպասք լվանալու հեղուկը, որն օգնում է մաշկից ու մազերից մաքրել ճարպի ու փոշու ավելցուկները:

Ձեր մազերի տեսքը հիմնականում պայմանավորված է դրանց տեսակով՝ եթե մազերն ուղիղ են ու բարակ, ճարպը  հեշտությամբ ծածկում է դրանք ամբողջ երկայնքով, ինչի հետեւանքով մազերն արագ կպչուն են դառնում ու կեղտոտ թվում: Խիտ ու խուճուճ մազերը բոլորովին այլ տեսք ունեն, քանի որ ճարպը չի կարողանում դրանք նույնքան արագ ծածկել, որքան ուղիղ մազերը:

Հենց դրա համար էլ ոճաբանները խորհուրդ են տալիս խիտ ու խուճուճ մազերն ավելի հազվադեպ լվանալ, քան բարակ ու ուղիղ մազերը: Ուղիղ մազեր ունեցողներից ոմանց խորհուրդ է տրվում դրանք ամեն օր լվանալ, իսկ ալիքավոր մազեր ունեցողներին՝  մի քանի օրը մեկ : Ամենից հազվադեպ խորհուրդ է տրվում լվանալ խուճուճ մազերը:

Մազերը խորհուրդ են տալիս հաճախ լվանալ նաեւ նրանց, ովքեր շատ են պարապում ու շատ քրտնում, ինչպես նաեւ՝ ճարպոտ մաշկ ունեցողներին:
