Մինչև 2025 թվականը կգործի ԵԱՏՄ էլեկտրաէներգետիկ ընդհանուր շուկան

Ղրղզստանում ԵՏՀ էլեկտրաէներգիայի հարցերով խորհրդատվական հանձնաժողովի քննարկման շրջանակներում հստակեցվել է ԵԱՏՄ էլեկտրաէներգետիկ ընդհանուր շուկայի գործարկման վերջնաժամկետը. այն կսկսի գործել մինչև 2025 թվականի հունվարի 1-ը։
ԵԱՏՀ էներգետիկայի ենթակառուցվածքների նախարար Էմիլ Կայկիևի խոսքերով՝ ընդհանուր շուկայի ձևավորումը հնարավորություն կտա ձեռնարկատերերին ազատորեն ընտրել էներգակիրներ, ինչը դրականորեն կանդրադառնա արտադրության ինքնարժեքի վրա: Բացի այդ, դա կամրապնդի ԵԱՏՄ պետությունների էներգետիկ անվտանգությունը, էլեկտրաէներգիայի թափանցիկ գների ձևավորմանը և Եվրասիական ընտանիքի երկրների տնտեսությունների կայուն զարգացմանը:
2019 թվականի մայիսին ԵԱՏՄ Բարձրագույն խորհուրդը ստորագրել էր Եվրասիական տնտեսական միությունում Էլեկտրաէներգետիկ ընդհանուր շուկայի ձևավորման մասին պայմանագիր, որը մատնանշում է ընդհանուր շուկայի ձևավորման իրավական հիմքերը, մարմինները կազմակերպությունները, որոնք իրականացնելու են ընդհանուր շուկայի գործունեության կարգավորումը, շուկայի մասնակիցների ենթակառուցվածքային կազմակերպությունների գործունեությունը, ինչպես նաև էլեկտրաէներգիայի առևտրի հնարավորությունները։
Այս տարի Հանձնաժողովը նախատեսում է ԵԱՏՄ ղեկավարների հաստատմանը ներկայացնել շուկայի բնականոն աշխատանքի համար անհրաժեշտ փաստաթղթերի ընդունման նախագիծը, որը համաձայնեցվել է Խորհրդատվական հանձնաժողովի նիստում: Ըստ Կոմիտեի անդամների դիրքորոշման՝ ոչ ուշ, քան 2024թ. հունվարի 1-ը, անհրաժեշտ է գործարկել էլեկտրաէներգիայի ընդհանուր շուկան իմիտացիոն ձևաչափով, որը թույլ կտա փորձարկել դրա ֆունկցիոնալությունը, ինչպես նաև կստեղծվի էլեկտրոնային համակարգ, որի միջոցով հնարավոր կլինի իրականացնել էլեկտրաէներգիայի առևտուր:
ԵԱՏՄ տնտեսական տարածքում նախատեսվում է 2019-2025թթ.-ին ձևավորել էլեկտրաէներգիայի, նավթի, նավթամթերքի և գազի ընդհանուր շուկաներ, որոնց վերաբերյալ արդեն Բարձրագույն խորհրդի նիստերում ԵԱՏՄ անդամ պետությունների առաջնորդները ստորագրել «Էլեկտրաէներգիայի ընդհանուր շուկայի ձևավորման մասին», «Գազի ընդհանուր շուկայի ձևավորման մասին» և «Նավթի և նավթամթերքների ընդհանուր շուկայի ձևավորման մասին» որոշումները։
