«Բիելլա» ընկերության եփած նախաճաշի երշիկի մակնշման մեջ գրված թվերը հեռու են իրականությունից
ECONOMICSOrer.am-ը շարունակում է ներկայացնել «Ստանդարտ Դիալոգ» ընկերության լաբորատորիայում իրականացված փորձաքննության արդյունքները:
Հիշեցնենք, որ պատահական ընտրությամբ լաբորատոր փորձաքննության էինք ներկայացրել երշիկեղեն արտադրող մի քանի ընկերությունների արտադրանքը, պարզելու համար, թե թաղանթի վրայի մակնշումն ինչքանով է համապատասխանում իրականությանը:
Ինչպես ավելի վաղ տեղեկացրել էինք, «Բեկոն պրոդուկտ» ընկերության «Տնակ» ապրանքանիշի սիրողական եփած մսային պաղեցված երշիկի մակնշման և լաբորատոր փորձաքննության արդյունքների միջև էական տարբերություն էր արձանագրվել: Այս անգամ ներկայացնում ենք մեկ այլ՝ «Բիելլա» ընկերության եփած նախաճաշի երշիկի լաբորատոր փորձաքննության արդյունքները:
Եվ այսպես: Թեև վերը նշված երշիկի փաթեթավորման վրա նշված է, որ 100 գրամ մթերքի սննդային միջինացված ցուցանիշների համաձայն մսամթերքի մեջ առկա սպիտակուցի քանակությունը 12 գրամ է, ճարպը կազմում է 21 գրամ, էներգետիկ արժեքը 237 կիլոկալորիա է, իսկ ածխաջրերի պարունակության մասին ընդհանրապես մակնշման մեջ որևէ խոսք չկա, ապա լաբորատոր փորձաքննության արդյունքները ցույց տվեցին, որ այստեղ ևս էական շեղումներ կան և, փաստորեն, փաթեթավորման վրա նշված թվերը չեն համապատասխանում իրականությանը:
Փորձաքննության արդյունքերի համաձայն «Բիելլա» ընկերության եփած նախաճաշի երշիկի 100 գրամի մեջ սպիտակուցները կազմում են 12,69 գրամ, ինչը մոտ է փաթեթավորման վրա նշվածին, սակայն երշիկի յուղայնությունը մոտ կեսով չափ պակաս է:
Այն 21 գրամի փոխարեն կազմում է ընդամենը 12,5 գրամ: Էական շեղում կա նաև երշիկի փաթեթավորման վրա նշված էներգետիկ արժեքի ցուցանիշի և լաբորատոր ձորձաքննության արդյունքների միջև: Եվ, չնայած փաթեթավորման վրա նշված է որ 100 գրամի էներգետիկ արժեքը կազմում է 237 կիլոկալորիա, սակայն լաբորատոր ուսումնասիրության արդյունքների համաձայն, իրականում այն կազմում է 202,3 կիլոկալորիա:
Ներկայացված թվերի համեմատությունը թույլ է տալիս արձանագրել, որ «Բիելլա» ընկերության եփած նախաճաշի երշիկի թաղանթի վրայի մակնշումը ևս չի համապատասխանում իրականությանը: Այստեղ նույնպես շեղումներն էական են, ինչը կասկածի տակ է դնում նաև մակշման վրա նշված սննդամթերքի անվտանգության կառավարության FSSC 22 000 պահանջներին համապատասխանության հարցը:
Տեղեկացնենք նաև, որ լաբորատոր փորձաքննույան արդյունքների համաձայն նշված երշիկի մեջ աղի պարունակությունը կազմել է 2,4 %, խոնավության աստիճանը 67,69 %, իսկ ածխաջրերը կազմել են 9,76 %:
