Վրաստանը Ռուսաստան տանող նոր ճանապարհի շինարարությունը կսկսի մինչեւ 2019-ի վերջը
INTERNATIONAL NEWSՎրաստանում ռուս-վրացական սահման տանող նոր ավտոճանապարհի շինարարությունը կսկսվի մինչեւ 2019-ի վերջը: Այս մասին հայտարարել է Վրաստանի վարչապետը: Մամուկա Բախտաձեն ելույթ է ունեցել ավտոմոբիլային դեպարտամենտի վեց ամսվա աշխատանքի արդյունքների մասին հաշվետվության ներկայացման ընթացքում, հայտնում է Նովոստի Վրաստանը:
Օգոստոսի սկզբին Ասիական զարգացման բանկը Վրաստանին 415 մնլ դոլարի չափով վարկ էր տրամադրել նոր ավտոճանապարհի կառուցման համար:
ԱԶԲ-ն նշում է, որ սա Հյուսիս-Հարավ տրանսպորտային միջանցքի վերականգնման շրջանակում առաջին նախագիծն է, «որը կենսականորեն կարեւոր տարանցիկ ուղի է Վրաստանի, Հայաստանի եւ տարածաշրջանային առեւտրային գործընկերների համար»:
Մի քանի օրից կստորագրվի համաձայնագիր, եւ մինչեւ տարեվերջ կսկսվի երկրորդ նախագիծը՝ Կոբի-Գուդաուրի արագընթաց ավտոճանապարհը, որը պատմական նշանակություն ունի:
Դա կլինի Եվրոպայի ամենաբարդ ինժեներական կառույցներից մեկը՝ ամենաերկար թունելներից մեկով: Իհարկե, դրա համար ներդրումներ են անհրաժեշտ, եւ այդ ներդրումներն արդեն ներգրավվել եւ ստորագրվել են», - նշել է Բախտաձեն:
Քվեշեթի-Կոբի հատվածը գտնվում է Մցխեթա-Ստեփանծմինդա-Լարս միջազգային նշանակության ճանապարհի վրա: Սա Արեւմուտք-Հարավ տարանցիկ միջանցքի մի մասն է:
Ծրագրի շրջանակներում նախատեսվում է 22,7 կմ երկարությամբ ասֆալտբետոնե ճանապարհի, վեց կամուրջների եւ հինգ թունելների, ներառյալ 9 կիլոմետրանոց թունելի շինարարություն: Թունելը կանցկացվի Ջվարի լեռնանցքի միջով Ցկերե գյուղից մինչեւ Կոբի գյուղ: Այս թունելը կլինի Վրաստանի ամենաերկար թունելը:
Ճանապարհն անցնում է բարդ աշխարհագրական երթուղով եւ ձմռանը բնութագրվում է ձյան առատ տեղումներով: Ծրագրի ավարտից հետո այս հատվածով տարանցիկ հաղորդակցությունը կախված չի լինի եղանակային պայմաններից:
Նախագծի արժեքը մոտ 558,6 միլիոն դոլար է: 60 միլիոն դոլարի չափով ֆինանսավորում կտրամադրի Վերակառուցման և զարգացման եվրոպական բանկը, իսկ Վրաստանի կառավարությունը կհատկացնի 83,6 միլիոն դոլար:
«Երբ մենք խոսում ենք կրիտիկական ենթակառուցվածքների զարգացման մասին, պետք է նկատի ունենանք, թե դա ինչ լրացուցիչ օգուտներ է բերելու մեր քաղաքացիներին, եւ դրա լավագույն օրինակը անցյալ տարի իրականացված ճոպանուղու նախագիծն էր, որը Կոբին կապում էր Գուդաուրիի հետ:
Արդյունքում ունեցանք այն, որ Կոբին վերակենդանացավ, եւ այսօր դուք փաստացի չեք տեսնի ազատ տարածք, որը չի քննարկվում նոր հյուրանոցի կամ նոր տուրիստական օբյեկտի կառուցման համար ... Անձամբ ինձ համար սա ուղեցույց է, թե ինչպես մենք պետք է Վրաստանում զարգացնենք ենթակառուցվածքները», - ընդգծել է Բախտաձեն:
Գոյություն ունեցող 35 կիլոմետրանոց Ռազմական-Վրացական ճանապարհը, որից ամեն օր օգտվում է 3.5 հազար մեքենա, համարվում է Վրաստանի ամենավտանգավոր ճանապարհներից մեկը:
Տարեկան ավելի քան 40 օր, հիմնականում ձմռան շրջանում, ճանապարհը փակում են, ինչը խնդիրներ է առաջացնում ճանապարհորդների եւ բեռնափոխադրողների համար:
Այս պահին սա միակ գործող մայրուղին է, որը Վրաստանը եւ Հայաստանը կապում է Ռուսաստանի հետ:
2014-ի մայիսին այս տարածքում ողբերգություն էր տեղի ունեցել. այս վայրերի համար օդի անսովոր բարձր ջերմաստիճանի պատճառով Կազբեկ լեռան հյուսիսարեւմտյան լանջից թափվել էր Դեւդորակի սառցադաշտի մի մասը: Արդյունքում, հզոր ցեխաքարային հոսքը լցվել էր Դարիալի կիրճ եւ փակել Թերեք գետի հունը ՝առաջացնելով ջրհեղեղ եւ ավերելով ճանապարհը: Այդ ժամանակ վեց մարդ մահացել էր:
