Արագիլների աղտոտման դեպքով նյութերը հավաքել ենք, ուղարկել ենք իրավապահներին, հարուցվել է քրեական գործ։ Այս մասին NEWS.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց Բնապահպանության եւ ընդերքի տեսչական մարմնի Կենդանական աշխարհի վերահսկողության բաժնի պետ Արթուր Բեգլարյանը։

Նա նշում է, որ արագիլների անկումն անխուսափելի էր, իրենք դա կանխատեսել էին. «Մենք սա որակել ենք էկոլոգիական աղետ, գիտեինք, որ նրանք անկում էին ապրելու։ Արագիլների մի մասը չի կարողանում թռչել, սնունդ հայթայթել եւ անխուսափելիորեն անկում կապրեին»։ 

Հարցին՝ արդյոք հիմնականում Արարատի մարզի Հովտաշեն համայնքում է առկա այս խնդիրը, նա դրական պատասխանեց։ 

ԳԱԱ կենդանաբանության ինստիտուտի գիտաշխատող Լյուբա Բալյանն այս խնդրի առնչությամբ նշեց, որ 2 ամիս է՝ ահազանգը կա, սակայն որեւէ գործնական քայլ պատկան մարմինների կողմից չիրականացվեց իրավիճակը շտկելու համար։ Նա շեշտում է, որ նման ահազանգ է եղել նախորդ տարիներին եւս, սակայն որեւէ արձագանք չի եղել. «Չկազմավորվեց օպերատիվ հանձնաժողով, որ կկարողանար ճիշտ կազմակերպել արագիլների փրկելու աշխատանքները։ Հարցի լուծումը միայն լողացնելը չէ, իրենց պետք էր մի տեղ պահել, կերակրել, քաշի բերել մինչեւ լողացնելը, ոչ թե միանգամից բռնել ու տանել, այսպիսի սթրեսային պրոցեսների ենթարկել։ Պետք է անասնաբույժ լինի կամ համապատասխան մասնագետ, որը կզններ արագիլներին, կհասկանար՝ պետք է լողացնել, թե ոչ»։ 

Լյուբա Բալյանը հավելում է՝ Հովտաշեն համայնքն է ուշադրության կենտրոնում հայտնվել, սակայն խնդիրը կա նաեւ այլ համայնքներում. «Արագիլները, որոնք համայնքից դուրս են, անուշադրության են մատնված, որեւէ մշտադիտարկում, վերահսկողություն չի իրականացվում։ Մենք բնակավայրից դուրս որքան շրջեցինք, այն արագիլները, որոնք գրանցված էին, մենք նրանց չենք տեսնում, որը շատ վատ ահազանգ է»։

Կենդանաբանության ինստիտուտի գիտաշխատողը մտահոգված է ոչ միայն աղտոտված արագիլների առնչությամբ, այլ նաեւ նրանց ձագերի, քանի որ այն ժամանակը, որ պետք է անցկացնեին հասուն առանձնյակների հետ, չեն անցկացրել եւ «կյանքի դասեր չեն քաղել»։

Հիշեցնենք, որ տեւական ժամանակ է՝  քննարկվում է, որ Արարատի մարզի Հովտաշեն համայնքի տարածում ապրող արագիլներն աղտոտված են ու չեն կարողանում թռչել։

Ըստ նախնական տեղեկությունների` արագիլներն աղտոտվել են Հրազդան գետը լցված արտադրական թափոններից։ Ջրային կոմիտեն հայտարարություն էր տարածել, որ Հրազդան գետի տարածքում` Սիս համայնքից եկող բաց դրենաժային ցանցում, Սիս-Նորամարգ- Ռանչպար համայնքների խաչմերուկում, կամրջի տակ, աղբի իսկական պահեստ է հայտնաբերվել. «Աղբի կուտակմանը նպաստում է նաեւ «Նաիրիտ» գործարանից եկող եւ դրենաժին հատվող խոշոր տրամաչափի չգործող խողովակը։ Իսկ կուտակված աղբի մեջ գերակշռողը ձկնաբուծարաններից եկող ճարպոտ թափոններն են, որոնք էլ, ի դեպ, վերջին օրերին պատուհաս են դարձել տարածքի արագիլների համար»։
