Արարատի մարզի Գինեվետ համայնքում տեղի ունեցած վիճաբանություն ավարտվել է դանակահարությամբ։ Այս մասին NEWS.am-ը տեղեկանում է դատական տեղեկատվական համակարգից։

Արարատի մարզի Նոր ուղի գյուղում հուղարկավորության ժամանակ անչափահասը ծաղկեպսակ բռնելու վերաբերյալ խոսակցություն է ունեցել տեղի բնակիչների հետ։ 2019թ. փետրվարի 11-ի՝ ժամը 17։00-ի սահմաններում, նրա համագյուղացի Հայկ Մուրադյանը որոշել է հետագա հնարավոր վեճը կանխելու համար անձամբ զրուցել բնակիչների հետ եւ իր հետ տարել է նաեւ անչափահաս տղային։

Հայկ Մուրադյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ ՔՕ 112-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի հատկանիշներով (դիտավորությամբ առողջությանը ծանր վնաս պատճառելը): Հայկ Մուրադյանի նկատմամբ, որպես խափանման միջոց է ընտրվել՝ չհեռանալու մասին ստորագրությունը։ Գործը ուղարկվել է դատարան և մակագրվել  Արարատի եւ Վայոց ձորի մարզի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի դատավոր Հարություն Պետրոսյանին։
