POLITICSՀայաստանի եւ Ռուսաստանի միջեւ ռազմավարական համագործակցությունը դինամիկ զարգանում է, եւ առկա է կառուցողական աշխատանքային մթնոլորտ, ինչի մասին են վկայում ՌԴ նախագահի, վարչապետի հետ հաճախակի հանդիպումները եւ բարձրաստիճան մյուս մակարդակներում շփումները: Այս մասին Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության Անվտանգության խորհրդի քարտուղար Նիկոլայ Պատրուշեւի հետ հանդիպմանն ասել է ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը։
ՀՀ կառավարության լրատվական ծառայությունից հայտնում են, որ Վարչապետը նշել է, որ Հայաստանում տեղի ունեցած քաղաքական փոփոխություններից հետո սա ՌԴ Անվտանգության խորհրդի քարտուղարի առաջին այցն է մեր երկիր, եւ այն լավ առիթ է՝ հայ-ռուսական դաշնակցային հարաբերությունների օրակարգային հարցերին նաեւ այս ձեւաչափով անդրադառնալու համար: Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի խոսքով՝ Հայաստանի եւ Ռուսաստանի միջեւ ռազմավարական համագործակցությունը դինամիկ զարգանում է, եւ առկա է կառուցողական աշխատանքային մթնոլորտ, ինչի մասին են վկայում ՌԴ նախագահի, վարչապետի հետ հաճախակի հանդիպումները եւ բարձրաստիճան մյուս մակարդակներում շփումները: ՀՀ վարչապետը կարեւորել է Հայաստանի եւ Ռուսաստանի Անվտանգության խորհուրդների միջեւ համագործակցությունը՝ հայ-ռուսական ռազմավարական կապերի շարունակական զարգացման, տարածաշրջանային եւ միջազգային անվտանգության ու կայունության ապահովման ուղղությամբ համատեղ աշխատանքի համատեքստում:
ՌԴ Անվտանգության խորհրդի քարտուղարը արդյունավետ է համարել ՀՀ ԱԽ քարտուղարի հետ խորհրդակցությունները, որոնց ընթացքում, Պատրուշեւի խոսքով, քննարկվել են անվտանգության ոլորտում տարբեր ուղղություններով համագործակցության հարցեր, անդրադարձ է եղել ինչպես երկկողմ, այնպես էլ բազմակողմ ձեւաչափերով՝ միջազգային կազմակերպությունների շրջանակում ՀՀ-ՌԴ փոխգործակցությանը: Նիկոլ Պատրուշեւը նաեւ տեղեկացրել է, որ այս տարվա նոյեմբերին նախատեսվում է ԱՊՀ անդամ պետությունների ԱԽ քարտուղարների հավաք, եւ Հայաստանը, ինչպես միշտ, հաստատել է իր մասնակցությունն այդ հավաքին:
ՀՀ վարչապետը եւ ՌԴ Անվտանգության խորհրդի քարտուղարը մտքեր են փոխանակել Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության կարգավորման գործընթացի, տարածաշրջանում ռազմական հավասարակշռության պահպանման եւ կայունության ապահովման հարցի, ինչպես նաեւ տարածաշրջանային եւ միջազգային անվտանգության զարգացումների ու մարտահրավերների շուրջ:
Ավելի վաղ Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության Անվտանգության խորհրդի աշխատակազմի մամուլի ծառայությունը հաղորդագրություն էր տարածել, համաձայն որի՝ Նիկոլայ Պատրուշեւը եւ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը քննարկել են անվտանգության, տնտեսական եւ ներդրումային ոլորտում ռուս-հայկական համագործակցության ամրապնդման, միջազգային կազմակերպություններում երկու երկրների փոխգործակցության հարցերը, ինչպես նաեւ միջազգային օրակարգի մի շարք արդիական խնդիրներ, մասնավորապես, սիրիական ժողովրդին հումանիտար օգնության ցուցաբերման եւ Սիրիայում խաղաղ կյանքի վերականգնման հարցերը։
