«Ոչ թէ թալանէ, այլ բռնաբարել են Երկիրը․․.». Միշո
BLOGՀայ ռեփեր Միշոն անդրադարձել է Հայաստանում տիրող քաղաքական անցուդարձին: Նա իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում կատարել է հետևյալ գրառումը.
«Քանի որ նեռվերիս հավասար ազդում են, թէ նրանք, ովքեր ասում են, որ բան չի փոխվէ, թէ՝ նրանք, ովքեր պնդում են, որ ապրում ենք լիովին նոր Հայաստանում, ասեմ՝
Ի՞նչ ա փոխվէ.
1. Լրագրողական խոսքի ազատություն, բացի Հ1-ից (բնական պատճառով), մնացած բոլոր TV/ռադիո/ինետ ալիքները հիմա ինչ լուր ուզեն ազատ տարածում են։
2. Կաշառակերություն վերևներում։ Համոզված եմ, որ վարչապետի ու նախարարների մակարդակով կաշառքի թեմա չկա (ու էդ մեծ բանա), ավելի ներքև հաստատ կա, բայց շաաաաատ զգույշ ու վախեցած, պլյուս ընտրություններն առանց առք ու վաճառքի են։ Չնայած ասում են Լևոնի առաջին 2 տարին էլ կաշառքի թեմա չէր ֆռում։
3. Լյուբոյ (թեկուզ թեթև) հարց դառնում ա հանրային ու կառավարությունը (երբեմն ավելորդ) բացատրում/արդարանում ա թե ինչի վրա՝ ինչի ա ծախսվէ էդքան, էն վախտ #¥յ թե մեկը ձեզ աչյոտ տար։
4. Մի քանի նշանակում, որ հաստատ աչք են ծակում ամենալավ իմաստով, առողջապահության նախարար, գլխավոր ճարտարապետ, կենտրոնի թաղապետ, տավուշի մարզպետ և այլն։ Հաստատ էլի կան, ուղղակի մտքիս չեկան, կամ չեմ նկատում։
5. Բիզնես խլող վռոձի չկա, համենայն դեպս դեպքեր հլը չեմ լսէ՝ էս մի տարի ա։
Մնացած կետերը շատ մանր-մունր են, դրա համար չարժի։
Ի՞նչ չի փոխվէ (ու իմ կարծիքով չի էլ փոխվի)
1. Էն յեեեեեեեեեեեեեեքա ցուցակից, ովքեր ոչ թէ թալանէ, այլ՝ բռնաբարել են Երկիրը, ոչ մեկ չի նստէ ու աչքիս չի էլ նստի, այսինքն՝ դատական համակարգը մնաց նույնը, ոչ մի վեթթինգ £¥նող չկա, բնականաբար՝ ոչ մի գողացածը առգրավելու մասին խոսք էլ չկա, վայելելու են դախազ։
2. Արցախի հարցը գրեցինք հերթական սառույցին, այսինքն «Արցախը Հայաստան է» ասելով ոչ մի թղթի վրա ոչ մի բան չփոխվեց։
3. Ոստիկանությունն ու ՃՊՈ-ն ինքնահաստատվելու կառույցներ են մնացել, ոնց անցյալում։
4. Ոչ մի գլոբալ սոցիալական դաստիարակչական ծրագրեր կազմելու միտումներ չկան, որի մեջ մտնեն հանրությունը զարգացնելու լուրջ կետեր, սկսած մանկապարտեզներից ու դպրոցներից, վերջացրած սոցիալական գովազդներով ու բիլբորդներով, որոնք հանրային գիտակցության մեջ լիքը բան փոխեին, ոնց դիմացինին հարգել, մեքենայից դուրս աղբ չգցել, կենդանի ու բնություն հարգել/սիրել, ոչ մի մասնագիտության մեջ ամոթ բան չտենալ, մաշնի համարներով կամ հեռախոսով չինքնահաստատվել, արվեստից գլուխ հանել, քիչ բամբասել, սերիալները $£կտիր անել, քիչ կռռալ, հերթ կանգնելու մեջ զապադլո բան չտենալ, կարգապահ քշել, լավ երաժշտություն պրոպագանդել ու տենց կարամ անվերջ։։։։
Այսինքն, ինչի՞ էսքանը չալարեցի գրեցի, #¥յ յևո։։։։։։։։։։։»,- գրել է ռեփերը:
