Զորամասի պարենային ծառայության պետը փորձել է կաշառել պաշտոնատար անձանց

Երևանի բնակիչ Սամվել Գասպարյանին մեղադրանքներ են առաջադրվել ՀՀ քրեական 34-312-րդ հոդվածի երկրորդ մասի, 375-րդ հոդվածի առաջին մասի, 38-34-179 հոդվածի երկրորդ մասի երկրորդ կետի հատկանիշներով: Այս մասին հայտնի է դառնում դատական տեղեկատվական համակարգից:
ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարության N զորամասի պարենային ծառայության պետ (2013 թվականի մարտի 4-ից մինչև 2014 թվականի օգոստոսի 8-ը), կապիտան Սամվել Գասպարյանը իր և իր ենթակա խոհարարներ Արթուր Աշոտի Վանեսյանի և Ժաննա Գևորգի Չալյանի օգտին հակաօրինական գործողություններ է փորձել կատարել:
ՀՀ ՊՆ աշխատակազմի վերահսկիչ վարչության աշխատակիցները 2014 թվականի մայիսի 15-ին զորամասի ճաշարանում կատարված ստուգման արդյունքում հայտնաբերել էին տարբեր տեսակի սննդամթերքի պակասորդ: Այդ պակասորդները չարձանագրելու և հետագայում դրանից բխող հնարավոր բացասական հետևանքներից զերծ մնալու նպատակով 2014 թվականի մայիսի 16-ին վերոհիշյալ խոհարարների հետ միասին խոստացել է որպես միջնորդ ներկայացած նույն զորամասի հրամանատար, թիկունքի և ԿՇԾ գծով տեղակալ փոխգնդապետ Աշոտ Կառլենի Փարեմուզյանի միջոցով խոշոր չափի՝ 300 հազար ՀՀ դրամ, կաշառք տալ պաշտոնատար անձ հանդիսացող նշված հանձնաժողովի անդամներին: 2014 թվականի մայիսի 19-ին կաշառքի առարկա 300 հազար ՀՀ դրամը մեղադրյալը տվել է փոխգնդապետ Աշոտ Փարեմուզյանին, բայց վերջինս գումարը չի փոխանցել հանձնաժողովի անդամներին, և այդ իսկ պատճառով իր կամքից անկախ հանգամանքներում հանցագործությունն ավարտին չի հասցրել։
Բացի այդ' Սամվել Գասպարյանը, պետի համբավ ձեռք բերելու նպատակով, չարաշահել է պաշտոնեական դիրքը'դրդելով խոհարարներին հերթապահությունների ընթացքում 300 հազար ՀՀ դրամ գումարի չափով յուրացում կատարել, ինչն առաջացրել է էական վնաս։
Վերը նշված քրեական հոդվածով մեղադրյալին սպառնում է նվազագույն աշխատավարձի երկուհարյուրապատիկից յոթհարյուրապատիկի չափով տուգանք, երկուսից հինգ տարի ժամկետով ազատազրկում, ինչպես նաև որոշակի գործունեությամբ զբաղվելու իրավունքից առավելագույնը երեք տարի ժամկետով զրկում կամ առանց դրա:
