ՎիվաՍել-ՄՏՍ-ի և FPWC-ի ջանքերով Կոթիում շուրջ 1600 մ երկարությամբ տարածություն լուսավորվել է LED լուսարձակերով
SOCIETYՇուրջ 38 կմ երկարությամբ սահմանագիծ ունեցող Կոթիում լուծվել է փողոցների արտաքին լուսավորության խնդիր: Գործընկեր կառույցների՝ ՎիվաՍել-ՄՏՍ-ի և Վայրի բնության և մշակութային արժեքների պահպանման հիմնադրամի (FPWC) համատեղ ջանքներով լուսավորվել է հակառակորդի նշանառության տակ պարբերաբար հայտնվող մի ամբողջ թաղամաս` շուրջ 1600 մ երկարությամբ տարածություն: Տեղակայվել է 42 LED լուսարձակ: Ստեղծվել է արտաքին լուսավորության էներգախնայող և ամբողջությամբ նոր ենթակառուցվածք՝ «Այլընտրանքային էներգիա» նախագծի շրջանակում։
Ծրագրի իրականացնումը կարևոր էր սահմանապահ գյուղի բնակիչների անվտանգության համար. Կոթին պարբերաբար թիրախավորվել է հակառակորդի կողմից: Բնակիչների հիշողության մեջ դեռ թարմ է վերջին՝ 2018թ.-ի սեպտեմբերին տեղի ունեցած գնդակոծությունը, որի հետևանքով վիրավորվել էր համագյուղացիներից մեկը: Լուսավորված թաղամասը յուրօրինակ ուղերձ է հակառակորդին. գյուղն ապրում է և շարունակելու է զարգանալ:
Համակարգի գործարկմանը մասնակցել են ՎիվաՍել-ՄՏՍ-ի գլխավոր տնօրեն Ռալֆ Յիրիկյանը, FPWC հիմնադրամի գլխավոր ճարտարագետ, ծրագրի համակարգող Մարտին Մարալչյանը, Նոյեմբերյան համայնքի ղեկավար Կարեն Աբազյանը, Բարեկամավանի վարչական ղեկավար Ջոնիկ Միքայելյանը և համայնքի բնակիչները:
«Սահման պահող գյուղի համար լուսավորությունը շքեղ տեսք հաղորդելու խնդիր չի լուծում: Այն անհրաժեշտություն է՝ անվտանգության համար, կարևոր է՝ զինվորի ամուր թիկունքն ապահովելու համար: Կա նաև ոչ պակաս կարևոր նպատակ, որը փորձում ենք իրականացնել այս ծրագրով. օրվա հացը քարից քամող գյուղացի մարդը պիտի զգա, որ ինքը մենակ չէ իր խնդիրների հետ: Փորձում ենք փոխանցել այդ հավատը: Թվում է, թե դա սովորական վերաբերմունք է, սակայն մարդիկ ավելի վստահ են լինում իրենց նկատմամբ դրսևորված ուշադրությունից: Երկիր շենացնելը պատվաբեր է, իսկ միասին դրա համար աշխատելը՝ անհրաժեշտ»,-ասել է ՎիվաՍել-ՄՏՍ-ի գլխավոր տնօրեն Ռալֆ Յիրիկյանը:
Ծրագրի շրջանակներում գործակցող կողմերի համար կարևորագույն առաջնահերթություն է համայնքային զարգացումը: Իսկ բնապահպանական և էներգախնայող LED լուսարձակների շահագործումն արդյունավետ՝ տնտեսապես: Այն զգալիորեն կկրճատի էներգիայի ծախսը՝ թեթևացնելով գյուղի ֆինանսական բեռը: LED լամպերն ունեն նաև այլ առավելություն. Դրանք ավելի արդյունավետ ու դիմացկուն են, կարող են անհամեմատ երկար ծառայել՝ սպառելով 80%-ով պակաս էլեկտրաէներգիա:
