«Շշի Մելոյի» գործարար եղբայրը կալանավորվեց
SOCIETYԿոտայքի մարզի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի դատավոր Հովհաննես Ավագյանը այսօր՝ օգոստոսի 8–ին որոշում կայացրեց բավարարել քննիչի միջնորդությունը և երկու ամսով կալանավորել ԱԺ նախկին պատգամավոր «Շշի Մելո» մականունով հայտնի Մելիք Մանուկյանի եղբորը՝ «ՍԱՄ-ՀԱՐ» ՍՊԸ–ի տնօրեն, գործարար Ռոբերտ Մանուկյանին:
Մանուկյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել երեկ՝ օգոստոսի 6–ին՝ իշխանության ներկայացուցչի նկատմամբ բռնություն գործադրելու, արդարադատության իրականացմանը և քննությանը խոչընդոտելու համար։
Ռոբերտ Մանուկյանը մեղադրվում է 6 ոստիկանի միայնակ ծեծի ենթարկելու մեջ` այն ժամանակ, երբ նրան բերման ենթարկելիս են եղել: Ռոբերտ Մանուկյանը բերման է ենթարկվել օգոստոսի 3-ին՝ Սևան-Երևան ավտոճանապարհին տեղի ունեցած պայթյունից հետո եղբոր`Մելիք Մանուկյանի Range Rover մակնիշի ավտոմեքենա դեպքի վայրից հեռացնեուն դրդրելու կասկածանքով: Կոտայքի մարզի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանը, սակայն քննելով նրա պաշտպանի բողոքը, ձերբակալման որոշումն անօրինական է համարել ու նրան ազատ արձակել: Դրանից հետո Քննչական կոմիտեն Մանուկյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրել ոստիկաններին ծեծի ենթարկելու, ինչպես նաև արդարադատության իրականացմանը կամ քննությանը խոչընդոտելու հոդվածներով և միջնորդություն ներկայացրել դատարանին՝ նրա նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց կալանավորումը կիրառելու համար։
Հիշեցնենք, որ Երևան-Սևան ավտոճանապարհին պայթյունը տեղի է ունեցել օգոստոսի 2-ին`Մելիք Մանուկյանին պատկանող ապակե տարաների գործարանի մոտ: Պայթյունից հետո իրավապահներն աշխատելիս են եղել դեպքի վայրում, երբ Մելիք Մանուկյանի մեքենան հեռացրել են դեպքի վայրից, ապա քիչ անց վերադարձրել: Այս դրվագով մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել երկու անձի` Ռոբերտ Մանուկյանին և Մարկոս Մարկոսյանին, որը կալանավորված է։ Պայթյունի առթիվ քննություն է տարվում սպանության փորձի և պայթուցիկ նյութեր պահելու հոդվածներով: Այս դրվագով կալանավորված է 3 անձ:
