«Դաշտում 30 որսորդ կլինի, լոր չի մնա, ու որսորդներն իրար կխփեն». որսորդները դժգոհ են Շրջակա միջավայրի նախարարությունից

Տասնյակ որսորդներ Շրջակա միջավայրի նախարարության դիմաց այսօր՝ օգոստոսի 8-ին, բողոքի ակցիա են իրականացրել։ Ակցիայի մասնակիցների խոսքով՝ եթե նախկինում լիցենզիայի համար վճարում էին 8000 ՀՀ դրամ, հիմա վճարելու են 17000 ՀՀ դրամ, ինչպես նաեւ այն որոշումը, որ կրճատվելու է որսաժամկետը, որսորդների մոտ դժգոհություն է առաջացրել։ Ակցիայի մասնակիցներից Առաքել Հայրապետյանը NEWS.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց, որ նախարարությունը որսորդներից վերցնելով լիցենզիաների գումարներն անհայտ է՝ որտեղ եւ ինչպես է ծախսվում.

«Սկզբում 4 հազար էր, այնուհետեւ՝ 8 հազար, այս տարի՝ 9,6 հազար դարձրին, իսկ հիմա ուզում են հասցնել մինչեւ 17 հազար։ Սակայն ամենակարեւորն այն է, որ հասկանալի չէ, թե ո՞ւր են գնում այդ գումարները։ Բնապահպանության նախարարությունը 1 դրամ արժողությամբ թղթի դիմաց 17 հազար դրամ է մեզնից վերցնում»,-ասաց որսորդը։

Նրա խոսքով՝ նախարարությունից բավականին մեծ դժվարությամբ են ձեռք բերում որսորդության համար նախատեսված լիցենզիան. «Մարդիկ երկար հերթ են կանգնում, սրտի թրթիռով սպասում են այդ թղթի կտորին։ Ու որպես կանոն միշտ լիցենզիան պակաս է եղել։ Եղել են տեղեկություններ, որ որոշ որսորդներ անգամ լիցենզիա չունեն։ Իսկ այդ լիցենզիան իրենից ենթադրել է Ա4 ֆորմատի թուղթ, որը վաճառվում է այդպիսի գներով»։

Առաքելն ասաց, որ իրենք դժգոհ են նաեւ որսաշրջանի կրճատման որոշումից.

«Նախկինում որսորդները շաբաթվա բոլոր օրերին կարողանում էին որսով զբաղվել, իսկ հիմա արդեն միայն շաբաթ եւ կիրակի օրերին։ Մարդն աշխատում է բոլոր աշխատանքային օրերը, ուզում է հանգստանա մի փոքր, բայց ստացվում է, որ հանգստանալու փոխարեն, պետք է գնա որս անի»։

Նա նկատեց, որ շաբաթվա մեջ միայն շաբաթ եւ կիրակի օրերին որս անելը կարող է լուրջ վտանգներ ներկայացնել, եւ հասցնել ընդհուպ մինչեւ մահվան. «Ռիսկ կա, որ տեսուչը կարող է գնալ որսորդին բռնել դաշտում։ Տեսուչը մոտենալու է, եւ Հայաստանի պատմության քի՞չ է եղել, որ իրենցից զիլ տղաներ են մահացել դաշտում։ Բոլորի ձեռքում զենք կա։ Պատկերացնո՞ւմ եք ոստիկանություն-որսորդ հարաբերությունները դաշտում։ Ի վերջո, միտումնավոր տանում են մի տեղ, որտեղ որ անխուսափելի է դժբախտությունը։ Հետո էլ մի դաշտում 30 որսորդ կլինի, լոր չի մնա, հետո էլ իրար կխփեն։ Օրենքը չպետք է մարդուն մղի դեպի հացագործությունը»։

Ակցիայի մասնակիցներից մեկն ասաց, որ Շրջակա միջավայրի նախարարության աշխատակիցները տեղյակ չեն, թե որսորդները որքան մեծ աշխատանքներ են անում՝ օգուտ բնությանը. «Վստահ եմ, որ այս նախարարությունը սովից ու ցրտից սատկող կաքավի երամ չի տեսել։ Էտ մարդիկ չեն տեսել, որ որսորդները մինչեւ ծունկը ձյան մեջ, ուսերին՝ 20 կիլգրամ ցորենի պարկեր, ձյան միջով բարձրանում են սար՝ կաքավ կերակրելու։ Իրենք չգիտեն՝ կաքավը ո՞րն է, կաքավն ու լորն անգամ իրարից չեն տարբերում»։

Ակցիայի մասնակիցները զգուշացրին, եթե այդ խնդրին չանդրադառնա Շրջակա միջավայրի նախարարությունը, հաջորդ անգամ կգան իրենց շներով եւ կփակեն նախարարության շենքի մուտքը։
