POLITICSԱԱԾ տնօրեն Արթուր Վանեցյանը շարունակում է պնդել, որ Իջևանում կազմակերպված բողոքի ակցիաները չեն եղել ինքնաբուխ։ Այս մասին այսօր՝ օգոստոսի 2–ին Սևանում լրագրողների հետ զրույցում հայատարրեց ԱԱԾ տնօերն Արթուր Վանեցյանը։
Հարցին՝ արդյոք ԱԱԾ–ն շարունակում է այնտեղ գործողություններ իրականացնել, Վանեցյանը պատասխանեց.
Ավելի վաղ տեղեկացրել էինք, որ 2019 թվականի հուլիսի 17-ին իջեւանցիները ապօրինի ծառահատումների դեմ պայքարի խստացման հետ կապված իրենց դժգոհություններն արտահայտելու նպատակով փակել էին Հայաստան-Վրաստան միջպետական ճանապարհի Իջեւան քաղաքի Երեւանյան ու Իջեւանյան փողոցների հատման խաչմերուկի հատվածը։ Արդյունքում բախումներ էր սկսվել ոստիկանների եւ ցուցարարների միջեւ։ Արդյունքում մեկ տասնյակից ավելի քաղաքացիներ էին հոսպիտալացվել, որոնց մեծ մասը ոստիկաններ։ Հուլիսի 18–ին իջևանցիները ի նշան բողոքի փակել էին Իջևանից Երևան տանող ճանապարհը՝ փորձելով թույլ չտալ Ազգային անվտանգության ծառայության տնօրեն Արթուր Վանեցյանի և ոստիկանապետ Վալերի Օսիպյանին անցնել։
Դեպքի առթիվ հարուցվել է քրեական գործ։ Ձեռք բերված բավարար ապացույցների հիման վրա՝ մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել 13 անձի, որոնցից 9-ին՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 258-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով եւ 316-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով, իսկ 4-ին՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 258-րդ հոդվածի 4-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով եւ 316-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով:
10 անձի նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է ընտրվել կալանավորումը, 2-ի նկատմամբ կիրառվել է այլընտրանքային խափանման միջոց գրավ, մեկի նկատմամբ՝ ստորագրություն՝ չհեռանալու մասին:
