Լուսավորվել է սահմանապահ Բարեկամավան գյուղը
SOCIETYՏավուշի մարզի Բարեկամավան գյուղն իր դիրքով ապահովագրված չէ հակառակորդի անկանխատեսելի թիրախավորումից: Այն գտնվում է սահմանային գոտուց մոտ 700-800մ հեռավորության վրա: Գյուղի 18 կմ երկարությամբ ճակատային հատվածն անմիջապես առնչվում է հակառակորդի դիրքերի հետ։ Բնակչության թիվը տարիների ընթացքում նվազել է, մարդիկ հեռացել են՝ ապահով ու ավելի լավ կյանք փնտրելու համար: Գյուղացիների հիշողության մեջ դեռեւս պահպանվում են հակառակորդի՝ տարբեր տարիների իրականացրած դիվերսիոն գործողությունները: Գյուղի դպրոցն ունի ընդամենը 16 աշակերտ:
Չնայած առկա դժվարություններին՝ բնակավայրում հիմնականում զբաղվում են դաշտավարությամբ, այգեգործությամբ եւ անասնապահությամբ։ Հողի մշակն այստեղ միշտ զգոն է: Պատճառը բնակավայրի խոցելի դիրքն է, որն առավել ակնհայտ է դառնում երեկոյան ժամերին:
Բարեկամավանն իր տեղադիրքով ամենախոցելիներից մեկն է համարվում, սակայն գյուղը տարիներ շարունակ զրկված է եղել լուսավորման համակարգից: Խնդիրը հայտնվել է գյուղական համայնքներում ենթակառուցվածքների զարգացումը կարեւորող գործընկեր կառույցների ուշադրության կենտրոնում: ՎիվաՍել-ՄՏՍ-ի եւ Վայրի բնության եւ մշակութային արժեքների պահպանման հիմնադրամի (FPWC) ջանքերով, խնդիրը գրեթե կարգավորվել է: «Այլընտրանքային էներգիա» նախագծի շրջանակում Բարեկամավանում ստեղծվել է արտաքին լուսավորության էներգախնայող եւ ամբողջությամբ նոր ենթակառուցվածք:
Տեղակայվել է շուրջ 44 LED լուսարձակ: Լուսավորվել է մոտ 1650 մ երկարությամբ տարածություն՝ գյուղի գրեթե բոլոր հիմնական փողոցները: Համայնքների զարգացումը կարեւորագույն առաջնահերթություն է գործընկեր կառույցների համար, իսկ բնապահպանական եւ էներգախնայող LED լուսարձակների շահագործումը տնտեսապես արդյունավետ է բյուջետային համեստ միջոցներ ունեցող գյուղերի համար: Այսպիսի համակարգի շահագործումը զգալի կրճատում է էներգիայի ծախսը՝ թեթեւացնելով գյուղի ֆինանսական բեռը:
Համակարգի գործարկմանը մասնակցել են ՎիվաՍել-ՄՏՍ-ի գլխավոր տնօրեն Ռալֆ Յիրիկյանը, FPWC հիմնադրամի գլխավոր ճարտարագետ, ծրագրի համակարգող Մարտին Մարալչյանը, Նոյեմբերյան համայնքի ղեկավար Կարեն Աբազյանը, Բարեկամավանի վարչական ղեկավար Ջոնիկ Միքայելյանը եւ համայնքի բնակիչները:
«Ամեն անգամ, երբ մեզ հաջողվում է որեւէ սահմանապահ գյուղի ինչ-որ հարցում օգտակար լինել, ուզում եմ հավատալ, որ մարդիկ չեն կոտրվի, իրենց ավելի ամուր կզգան ու կշարունակեն ապրել տեղում: Լուսավորված փողոցը տեխնիկական խնդրի լուծում չէ: Այն ավելին է, քան կարելի է մտածել: Այս ծրագիրը լուծում է մի քանի խնդիր. ամենակարեւորը՝ անվտանգության, ապա՝ սոցիալական, բնապահպանական, հոգեբանական… Պակաս կարեւոր չէ նաեւ մայրաքաղաքի զարգացման տեմպերը գոնե մասամբ այս գյուղերում ապահովելը: Իրականում դա բավական բարդ է, բայց՝ անհրաժեշտ: Տարիների մեր նպատակը հենց դա է»,-ասել է ՎիվաՍել-ՄՏՍ-ի գլխավոր տնօրեն Ռալֆ Յիրիկյանը:
Ի տարբերություն այլ լամպերի՝ LED լամպերն առավել արդյունավետ ու դիմացկուն են, կարող են անհամեմատ ավելի երկար ծառայել՝ սպառելով 80%-ով պակաս էլեկտրաէներգիա:
