ՀՀ նախկին նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանը վերջին հարցազրույցում վերահաստատել է իր մտադրությունը՝ ակտիվորեն զբաղվել քաղաքական գործունեությամբ` չնայած այս պահին անազատության մեջ է: Նա վստահ է, որ Հայաստանում արդեն ձևավորվել է «կոնսենսուս մինուս մեկ» գաղափարը, այսինքն` Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի դեմ է տրամադրված քաղաքական դաշտի մեծ մասը:

«Ընդդիմության դաշտում համախմբման համար բարեբեր հող կա: Սակայն չեմ կարծում, որ համախմբման միասնական կենտրոնը կստեղծվի միանգամից: Ենթադրում եմ, որ ձգողականության տարբեր ուժով մի քանի կենտրոններ կլինեն, սակայն դրանց միջև ակտիվ համագործակցություն կապահովվի։ Այդ գործընթացներում ես կարևոր օղակ կլինեմ, սակայն ամենևին ոչ միակը:

Երկրին հարկավոր է առողջ ուժերի լայն համախմբում: Այդ գործընթացն անպայման կհանգեցնի նաև խորհրդարանական ընդդիմության արմատականացմանը, այլապես այն կկորցնի իր ընտրազանգվածը»,- «Գոլոս Արմենիի» թերթի հետ զրույցում ասել է Ռ. Քոչարյանը:

Նա համոզմունք է հայտնել, որ աշնանն ընդդիմության դաշտում համախմբման և գործընկերության ձևավորման գործընթացը կավարտվի, և քաղաքական պայքարը կստանա համակարգված ու մասշտաբային բնույթ:

Իսկ իշխանության հարցն էլ կորոշվի փողոցում` արտահերթ խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների միջոցով: Փաստորեն, Քոչարյանը կոնկրետ քաղաքական հայտ է ներկայացնում: Եվ ի՞նչ է ստացվում, Քոչարյանի դեմ դատավարությունը փաստացի լեգիտիմացրել է նրա վերադարձը քաղաքականություն:

Որքան ձգձգվում է այդ դատավարությունը, այնքան Քոչարյանն ավելի վստահ է խոսում: Եվ եթե ստացվի այնպես, որ հնարավոր չլինի ապացուցել Քոչարյանին առաջադրված մեղադրանքը, ապա նա լիովին «մաքրված» մտնելու է քաղաքական պայքարի մեջ:

Սակայն առայժմ նրա քաղաքական հավակնությունները զսպվում են դատարաններում:

Այս ամենին զուգահեռ՝ ընդդիմադիր քաղաքական դաշտում լուրջ վակուում է առաջացել: Խորհրդարանական ընդդիմությունը միասնական չէ` ընդդեմ իշխանության: Մի կողմից նրանք բոլորն էլ ընդունել են հեղափոխությունը, սակայն մյուս կողմից երբեմն գործում են միմյանց դեմ: Փաշինյանի կառավարության գործունեության քննադատությունը արմատական չէ: 

Իսկ արտախորհրդարանական դաշտում համախմբման փորձեր արդեն արվում են: Դատաիրավական բարեփոխումների հետ կապված 7 կուսակցությունների հայտարարությունը դրա մեկնարկն էր: Ըստ այդմ, ունենք հետևյալ պատկերը: Ընդդիմադիր քաղաքական դաշտը ապակենտրոնացված է և ցրված, այն գործող իշխանությանը համարժեք բևեռ չէ: 

Այդ վակուումը, այսպես, թե այնպես, պետք է լցվի: Բայց իշխանությունն այնքան է ապականել այդ դաշտը` «սևերի և սպիտակների» առասպելական բաժանումով, որ այն կարողանում է լցնել Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանը` անգամ գտնվելով անազատության մեջ:

Բայց Քոչարյանը միաժամանակ գիտակցում է, որ իր անձի շուրջ համախմբումը դժվար է լինելու: Նա փաստում է, որ «այդ գործընթացներում ինքը կարևոր օղակ կլինի, սակայն ոչ միակը»: Իսկ թե որ անձի շուրջ կարող է լինել կոնսոլիդացիան, բաց հարց է մնում:

Այսօր Փաշինյանը մենաշնորհել է քաղաքական լիդերությունը: Նա, լինելով իշխանություն, ավելի շատ ցույցեր է անում, քան ընդդիմությունը: Սակայն լիդերի լեգիտիմության անկումը զուտ ժամանակի հարց է:

Քոչարյանը կարծում է, որ այս աշնանն արդեն կավարտվի ընդդիմության համախմբման գործընթացը, բայց իրականում այն նոր է սկսվելու:
