Неужели ,,соросовцы” улучшают судебную систему Армении?
POLITICSВ судебном секторе РА все еще есть неясные процессы. Несколько дней назад был распространен тезис о том, что BСС будет осуществлять процесс ,,веттинга” Никола Пашиняна, и до этого говорили о создании специальной комиссии.
По этой теме в газете ,,Факт” появилась новая информация. Согласно нашим источникам, этот процесс, который на самом деле не будет называться ,,веттингом”(особенно после известного мнения Венецианской комиссии), будет проводиться другими международными экспертами, а также изучать благосостояние других судей, а также подготовку к процессу.
Есть информация, что участие армянских экспертов в этой области будет минимальным ,очень специфичными. Газета уже заявила в одной из своих публикаций, что в этом процессе будут участвовать представители команды Левона Тер-Петросяна, но ,,тосты становятся слаще”.
По имеющимся данным, так называемые эксперты команды "Сорос" очень активны в этой теме.
Они уже провели несколько встреч с персоналом ВСС, на которых были представлены основные цели и стратегии подготовительной работы и самого процесса.
