Արդարադատության նախարար Ռուստամ Բադասյանն այսօր ընդունել է Հայաստանում Ամերիկայի Միացյալ Նահանգների արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան Լին Թրեյսիին:
Նախարարը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել դեսպանին արդարադատության ոլորտի օրակարգը քննարկելու նպատակով նախաձեռնած հանդիպման համար և ներկայացրել դատաիրավական ու հակակոռուպցիոն ոլորտները բարեփոխելուն ուղղված ինտենսիվ աշխատանքները: Ռուստամ Բադասյանը դրանցից առանձնացրել է հակոկոռուպցիոն երկու նոր մարմինների, Հակակոռուպցիոն նոր դատարանի ստեղծումը, ապօրինի ծագում ունեցող գույթի բռնագանձման ինստիտուտի ներդրումը, պաշտոնատար անձանց գույքի, եկամուտների, ծախսերի հայտարարագրման ինստիտուտի կատարելագործումը, դատավորի նկատմամբ կարգապահական վարույթ հարուցելու հիմքերի հստակեցումն ու էլեկտրոնային արդարադատության ներդրումը:
Դեսպան Լին Թրեյսին ընդգծել է ԱՄՆ կառավարության՝ Հայաստանին ուղղված շարունակական աջակցության պատրաստակամությունը կոռուպցիայի դեմ պայքարի ու իրավունքի գերակայության ամրապնդման, մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանության և տնտեսական զարգացման հարցերում:
