Երկու անչափահասներին դանակահարած երիտասարդը դատարանից ազատ է արձակվել

Դանակահարության համար նախկինում դատված, համաներմամբ ազատ արձակված, երկու անչափահասների դանակի հարվածներ հասցրած Երեւանի բնակիչ 19-ամյա Լեւոն Ք.-ն այսօր՝ հուլիսի 30-ին, Երեւան քաղաքի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի որոշմամբ ազատ է արձակվել:
Shamshyan.com-ի հաղորդմամբ, քննիչը միջնորդել էր, որ լեւոն Ք.-ի նկատմամբ երկամսյա կալանք կիրառվի, սակայն դատարանը՝ դատավոր Արտուշ Գաբրիելյանի գլխավորությամբ, դռնփակ նիստում մերժել է քննիչի միջնորդությունը եւ Լեւոն Ք.-ին 1 մլն դրամ գրավի դիմաց ազատ է արձակել:
Նշենք, որ քրեական գործ էր հարուցվել ՀՀ ՔրՕրի 112 հոդվածի 1-ին մասի եւ 113 հոդվածի 1-ին մասի հատկանիշներով։
Աղբյուրը հայտնում է, որ Լեւոն Ք.-ն 2017 թվականին նույնպես դանակահարության մեղադրանքով դատապարտվել է եւ 2018 թվականի համաներման ակտով ազատ է արձակվել։ Ու հիմա նա հերթական անգամ կասկածվում է հուլիսի 25-ին Երեւանում 2 անչափահաս տղաների դանակահարելու մեջ, ով երեխաներին թողնելով անօգնական, դիմել էր փախուստի։
Դանակահարված երեխաների կյանքը հնարավոր էր եղել փրկել «Էրեբունի» բժշակական կենտրոնում:
Դանակահարողի հայրը ծառայում է ՀՀ ՊՆ-ում, բարձրաստիճան սպա է, կոչումով փոխգնդապետ։
Ավելի վաղ հայտնել էինք, որ հուլիսի 25-ին Երեւանում դանակահարություն է տեղի ունեցել. ժամը 22։00-ի սահմաններում Ոստիկանության Էրեբունու բաժին ահազանգ է ստացվել «Էրեբունի» բժշկական կենտրոնից, որ «որովայնի, վերջույթների ծակած-կտրած վերք» ախտորոշմամբ եւ «ձախ գոտկային շրջանի, ձախ բազկի վերին երրորդականի, ձախ ազդրի վերին երրորդականի ծակած-կտրած վերքեր» ախտորոշմամբ իրենց մոտ են տեղափոխվել 2 երեխա։
Ոստիկաններն ու քննիչները պարզել են, որ վիրավորներն են՝ Երեւանի բանկիչներ՝ 15-ամյա Նարեկ Պ-ն եւ 16-ամյա Գագիկ Պ․-ն։ Ոստիկաններն ու քննիչները պարզել են նաեւ, որ նույն օրը ժամը 21։00-ի սահմաններում Էրեբունու եւ Ազտամարտիկների փողոցների խաչմերուկի հարակից տարածքում վիճաբանության ժամանակ անհայտ անձը իր մոտ եղած կտրող ծակող գործիքով հարվածել է Նարեկ Պ․-ին եւ Գագիկ Պ․-ին։
«Էրեբունու» բժիշկների օպերատիվ բուժօգնություն ցուցաբերելու շնորհիվ հնարավոր է եղել երեխաների կյանքը փրկել։
