Կառավարության խորհրդակցությունների եւ ընդունելությունների մեծ սրահում այսօր՝ հուլիսի 30-ին, տեղի ունեցավ Ազգային անվտանգության ռազմավարության մշակման միջգերատեսչական հանձնախմբի անդրանիկ նիստը:

Նիստը նախագահում էր ԱԽ քարտուղար Արմեն Գրիգորյանը: Նիստի մեկնարկին ԱԽ քարտուղարը հանդես եկավ խոսքով, որում մասնավորապես նշեց՝

«Հարգելի՛ գործընկերներ,

Այսօրվա նիստը նվիրված է Ազգային անվտանգության նոր ռազմավարության մշակման աշխատանքների մեկնարկին, ինչի կապակցությամբ թույլ տվեք ողջունել եւ շնորհավորել բոլորիս:

Այս միջոցառումն ունի կարեւոր խորհուրդ. մենք քաջ գիտակցում ենք, որ Ազգային անվտանգության ռազմավարությունն այն առանցքային փաստաթուղթն է, որը յուրաքանչյուր պետության կայուն եւ անվտանգ զարգացման համար ունի հիմնարար նշանակություն: Մեր ազգային շահերն ու նպատակներն արտացոլող ռազմավարական փաստաթղթում կամփոփվեն ՀՀ անվտանգության մակարդակի բարձրացման նոր հնարավորությունների զարգացման եւ ընդլայնման նախաձեռնողական գործուն ուղիները ու մոտեցումները, ինչը հնարավորություն կտա վերաիմաստավորելու մեր անելիքները միջազգային հարթակում, տարածաշրջանում եւ մեր երկրի ներսում:

Բազմաշերտ այս գործընթացում մեկ բան ակնհայտ է՝ մենք պատրաստվում ենք առաջնորդվել ըստ մեր ազգային շահերի, նպատակների եւ առաջնահերթությունների:  Հենց այդ պատասխանատվությամբ էլ պայմանավորված է միջգերատեսչական այս հանձնախմբի կազմի ներկայացուցչական մակարդակը:

Վստահ եմ, որ մենք պատրաստ ենք ամենայն պատասխանատվությամբ եւ բարձր մակարդակով ստանձնելու  գործընթացի առաջնորդությունը՝ ապահովելով ոչ միայն պետական կառավարման մարմինների, այլ նաեւ հանրային շրջանակների ակտիվ ներգրավվածություն փաստաթղթի նախագծի մշակման ողջ գործընթացում»:

Ելույթին հետեւեց ազգային անվտանգության ռազմավարության մշակման միջգերատեսչական հանձնախմբի փակ քննարկումը:
