ANALYSIS2019-ի հունվարին ամփոփելով իր կառավարման 100 օրերը՝ Գեղարքունիքի մարզպետը հայտարարել էր, որ 2019 թվականին Գեղարքունիքի մարզում կարձանագրվեն նկատելի ձեռքբերումներ ամենատարբեր ոլորտներում, կնկատվի և մասնավոր ներդրումների հոսք, տնտեսական վերելք, մարդկանց սոցիալ-տնտեսական վիճակի և կենսապայմանների բարելավում: 2019 թվականը, ինչպես տեսնում ենք, արդեն կիսվել է, իսկ ներդրումային հոսքերը մարզ, կամ մարդկանց սոցիալ-տնտեսական վիճակի բարելավումը դեռ սարերի հետևում է:
Փոխարենը ունենք էկոլոգիական աղետ, որի լուծման ուղիները կարծես թե որևէ մեկը չգիտի: Փոխարենը, ինչպես երևում է Գեղարքունիքի մարզպետարանի պաշտոնական կայքից, Գեղարքունիքի մարզպետը անչափ հագեցած մշակութային օրակարգ ունի: Օրինակ՝ նա ժամանակ է գտնում ֆրանսիական «Ուռա» պարային ներկայացումը դիտելու, ավելուկի փառատոնին մասնակցելու, Կարմիրգյուղի գորգագործական ֆաբրիկա այցելելու, ձկան կերակրատեսակների փառատոն կազմակերպելու համար: Տպավորություն է, որ Սանոսյանը ոչ թե մարզպետ է, այլ մշակույթի նախարար:
