Քոչարյանի գործն ունի ճիշտ այնքան կյանք, որքան քաղաքական կյանք ունեն այս իշխանությունները. Վիկտոր Սողոմոնյան
POLITICSՊարզ է, որ մեղադրական կողմը ջախջախիչ պարտություն է կրել. որեւէ փաստարկ նախագահ Քոչարյանին մեղադրելու, հորինված նոր դրվագը շարունակելու, նրան կալանքի տակ պահելու, որեւէ իրավական փաստարկ իխանությունները չունեն: Այս մասին, այսօր՝ հուլիսի 29-ին, լրագրողների հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ նշեց ՀՀ երկրորդ նախագահի գրասենյակի ղեկավար Վիկտոր Սողոմոնյանը:
«Մենք պետք է արձանագրենք, որ իրավական համակարգը ճկռել է այս քաղաքական պատվերի տակ՝ ամեն ձեւով Քոչարյանին պահել անազատության մեջ:
Արդեն պարզ է, որ այսքան ապօրինություններից հետո այս գործն ունի ճիշտ այնքան կյանք, որքան քաղաքական կյանք ունեն այս իշխանությունները, ու որքան նրանք կարողանում են այս գործը բռնի ուժով առաջ տանել՝ապօրինություններ սանձազերծել, ճնշել դատավորներին, այն դատավորները, որոնք իրենց չեն լսում, իրենց դեմ քրգործեր հարուցել, հարձակվել ՍԴ-ի վրա, դատարաններ շրջափակել»,-հայտարարեց նա:
Սողոմոնյանը հիշեցրեց ՀՅԴ-ի հետ կապված զարգացումները 1994-1995 թվականներին. «Դուք հիշում եք, թե որքան տեւեց այդ գործը, քանի կոպեկ արժեր այդ գործը եւ ինչքան տեւեց նրանց կալանքը»:
ՀՀ երկրորդ նախագահի գրասենյակի ղեկավարը հայտարարեց, որ այս ամենն այսպես եղավ, որովհետեւ այս գործի հիմքում դրված էր կեղծիք, դրված էր տերպետրոսյանական հայտնի հայեցակարգն այն մասին, թե ինչպես չար ուժերը տանկերը հանեցին իր դեմ, ինքը հաղթել էր, բայց չթողեցին, որ ինքը դառնա ՀՀ նախագահ:
«Այս կեղծիքները եւ չարչրկվող միֆերը դրվել էին այս գործի հիմքում: Երբ առաջին անգամ ծանոթացա ՀՔԾ հաղորդագրությանը, զգացի, որ ծանոթ տեքստ եմ կարդում: Բացեցի Տեր-Պետրոսյանի ելույթները եւ տեսա բացարձակապես նույն ձեւակերպումները: Բացեք եւ կտեսնեք, թե որտեղից է օգտվել մեր ՀՔԾ-ն, կամ այնքան է տարված եղել այդ փիլիսոփայությամբ, որ բառերն ինքնուրույն դասավորվել են:
Որ այս գործը որեւէ հեռանկար չունի, պարզ է, որ նախագահ Քոչարյանն ազատ է արձակվելու, արդարացվելու է պարզ է»:
Սողոմոնյանը նկատեց, որ այս ընթացքում պետությունը բազմաթիվ հարվածներ է ստացել. «Չի կարող նախկին նախագահի ապօրինի հետապնդումը անհետեւանք մնալ երկրի համար: Մենք տեսել ենք Վենետիկի հանձնաժողովի հայտարարությունը, ՌԴ ԱԳՆ հայտարարությունը: Մենք դեռ ունենալու ենք ՄԻԵԴ վճիռներ, ես չեմ կասկածում, որ դրանք լինելու են նախագահ Քոչարյանի օգտին:
Իշխանության գործելակերպը՝ սեփական սխալը մինչեւ վերջ առաջ տանելու եւ նոր կորուստներ ձեռք բերելու, այս դեպքում պետք է վերանայվի: Իրենք պետք է հասկանան, որ սա ճանապարհ է, որով բռնի գործ է գործադրվում իրավակարգի դեմ»,-ասաց նա:
