Եվրոպական դիվանագետները հաստատել են Իրանի հետ միջուկային գործարքը փրկելու մտադրությունը
INTERNATIONAL NEWSՀամատեղ գործողությունների համապարփակ ծրագրի (ՀԳՀԾ) իրագործման հարցով նիստի մասնակիցները «վճռական են տրամադրված» Իրանի հետ գործարքը փրկելու հարցում: Այդ մասին կիրակի՝ հուլիսի 28-ին, Վիենայում կայացած հանդիպումից հետո հայտարարել է Իսլամական Հանրապետության ԱԳ փոխնախարար Աբաս Արաքչին, հաղորդում է DW-ը:
«Ես չեմ կարող ասել, որ մենք լուծել ենք բոլոր հարցերը»,-նշել է Արաքչին: Ընդ որում՝ նա հատկապես առանձնացրել է Իրանի, Գերմանիայի, Ֆրանսիայի, Մեծ Բրիտանիայի, Չինաստանի, Ռուսաստանի, ինչպես նաեւ Եվրոպական միության ներկայացուցիչների մասնակցությամբ նիստի «կառուցողական մթնոլորտը»:
Դիվանագետները համաձայնվել են առաջիկայում նիստ անցկացնել ԱԳ նախարարների մակարդակում: Այդ միջոցառման հստակ օրը դեռեւս հայտնի չէ:
Համատեղ գործողությունների համապարփակ ծրագիրը, որը ստորագրվել է Իրանի, ինչպես նաեւ ԱՄՆ-ի, Ռուսաստանի, Չինաստանի, Գերմանիայի, Ֆրանսիայի եւ Մեծ Բրիտանիայի կողմից, նախատեսում է Թեհրանի կողմից իր միջուկային ծրագիրը սահմանափակելու մի շարք քայլերի իրականացում պատժամիջոցների փոխարեն, որոնք սահմանվել էին ԱՄՆ-ի եւ ԵՄ-ի կողմից:
Երբ ԱՄՆ-ը միակողմանի կարգով դուրս էր եկել համաձայնագրից 2018 թվականի մայիսին, Թեհրանը հրաժարվել էր կատարել ՀԳՀԾ-ի շրջանակներում իր պարտավորությունների մի մասը: Ի պատասխան այդ որոշմանը՝ Վաշինգտոնը խստացրել էր Պատժամիջոցներն ընդդեմ Իսլամական Հանրապետության եւ ուղղել այդ տարածաշրջան ռազմական նավեր ու ռմբակոծիչներ:
Հուլիսի սկզբին Իրանի կառավարության ներկայացուցիչ Ալի Ռաբեյը հայտարարել էր, որ երկիրը կհարստացնի ուրանն այնքան, որքան անհրաժեշտ է երկրին: Այդկերպ Իսլամական Հանրապետությունը չեղարկում է 2015 թվականի Վիենական միջուկային համաձայնագրի իր պարտավորությունները, որոնք նախատեսում են ուրանի հարստացում մինչեւ առավելագույնը 3.67 տոկոսի մակարդակում:
