Զարմանալի չէ, որ աշխարհում սուրճի սիրահարները մեծ թիվ են կազմում, շատերն են օրը սկսում բուրավետ սուրճով և օրվա ընթացքում չեն հրաժարվում ևս մի քանի գավաթից: Սուրճի օգտակարության և վնասակարության մասին շատ է խոսվել: Սակայն քչերը գիտեն, որ այս 5 հիվանդությունները վախենում են սուրճից: Լյարդի ցիռոզ Իհարկե սա չի նշանակում, որ սուրճը պետք է դիտարկել, որպես համադարման լյարդի ցիռոզի դեմ:

Բայց պետք է իմանալ, որ սուրճը դրական ազեցություն է գործում լյարդի վրա, կանխում է օրգանիզմի ալկոհոլից թունավորումը, և կանխում է լյարդի ցիռոզի առաջացումը: Որոշ հետազոտությունների արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ օրվա ընթացքում 2-3 գավաթ սուրճ օգտագործելը կանխում է լյարդի ցիռոզի առաջացումը 44%-ով:
