Քաղաքի մի շարք փողոցներում լուրջ է նաև մայթերի հարցը: Մասնավորաբար «Փաստ» թերթի հետ զրույցում «Վարորդի ընկեր» ԻՀԿ փոխնախագահ Դավիթ Պեդանյանը բարձրացնում է Թբիլիսյան խճուղու մայթերի հարցը: Հետիոտները ստիպված են լինում մայթերի փոխարեն բանուկ փողոցի երթևեկելի հատվածով քայլել:

«Թբիլիսյան խճուղին երկու կողմից բնակեցված տարանցիկ փողոց է քաղաքի և մայրուղու մեջ, բացի դա, արագընթաց փողոցի շարունակություն է, և այստեղ ինտենսիվ երթևեկություն է: Դրա իջնող մայթը պատկանում է Արաբկիր, բարձրացողը՝ Քանաքեռ-Զեյթուն վարչական շրջաններին: Երկու մայթերին մի քանի հատ «բոքս» է բացվել՝ վուլկանացում, գազի լիցքավորման կետ և այլն: Մի քանի ամիս առաջ հանդիպեցինք Երևանի տրանսպորտի վարչության պետի և Երևանի ՃՈ ճանապարհային երթևեկության կազմակերպման հսկողության բաժնի պետ Կոնստանտին Կոստանյանի հետ։

Միասին շրջայց կատարեցինք, ցույց տվեցի, որ դրանց գործունեության հետևանքով մայթերը լրիվ վերացել են»,- ասում է Պեդանյանը:

Նա նշում է, որ ամիսներ առաջ հանդիպել է նաև երկու վարչական շրջանների ղեկավարների հետ: «Արաբկիր վարչական շրջանի ղեկավարի հետ հանդիպելուց մեկ ամիս հետո վուլկանացումը փակեցին, մայթը վերականգնեցին:

Քանաքեռ-Զեյթունի վարչական շրջանի ղեկավարի և ավագանու անդամներից մեկի հետ շրջայց կատարեցինք: Խնդրին տեղյակ էին, տրվել էին հանձնարարականներ: Տեղեկացրեցին, որ ձեռնարկատերերին նկատողություն են արել, մի ամսից խիստ նկատողություն կանեն, իսկ հետո էլ կսկսեն տուգանել: Դրանից անցել է մոտավորապես 6 ամիս, բայց ընդհանրապես ոչինչ չի փոխվել:

Ստացվում է, որ ներքև իջնող մայթը քիչ թե շատ բարեկարգված է, անցանելի հետիոտների համար, իսկ վերև բարձրացող մայթը և փողոցի մի մասը «հագեցած է» խոչընդոտներով: Թբիլիսյան խճուղին քիչ-քիչ կնմանվի Նար-Դոս փողոցին, որը մայթեր չունի»,- նշում է մեր զրուցակիցը:
