 ՀՀ Ազգային ժողովի ՀՀԿ խորհրդարանական խմբակցության անդամ Սամվել Ֆարմանյանը գտնում է, որ Հայաստանի ամենակարևոր հարցը գործող խաղի կանոններն են ու դրանց փոփոխությունը: Փոխվել են միայն մեղադրողների ու մեղադրվողների անունները, իսկ որոշ դեպքերում, մեղադրվողները դարձել են մեղադրող: Ըստ Ֆարմանյանի, խաղի կանոնների փոփոխության հնարավորություն տալիս է նոր Սահմանադրությունը: Պատգամավորը նման դիտարկում արեց «Ա յո և ոչ» հեռուստանախագծի շրջանակներում Լոռու մարզի Սպիտակ քաղաքի բնակիչների հետ հանդիպմանը:

Սամվել Ֆարմանյանը բառացի մեջբերեց ընդդիմության` նոյեմբերի 20-ին Ազատության հրապարակում կազմակերպած հանրահավաքի ժամանակ հռետորներից մեկի հնչեցրած այն միտքը, թե ժողովուրդը պետք է թոթափի անվստահության ճգնաժամը և «ոչ» ասի իշխանություններին:

«Դուք, վարագույրների հետևում ձեր հաշիվներն ունենալով իշխանության հետ, գալիս եք ու բաց ճակատով ժողովրդին ասում, որ բուրժուա-դեմոկրատական հեղափոխություն կիրականացնեք այս  երկրում: Իսկ հետո լինում է այն, ինչ լինում է»,- Ֆարմանյանը բացատրեց որոշ ընդդիմադիրների նկատմամբ ժողովրդի անվստահության պատճառը:

ՀՀԿ-ական պատգամավորը եզրափակեց խոսքը` կրկնելով այն առավելությունները, որ կբերեն խաղի նոր կանոնները: «Իշխանությունը չի ստանա ամեն ինչ, իսկ պարտվողը չի կորցնի ամեն ինչ: Սա լավագույն հնարավորություններից մեկն է սկսել նոր էջից, որտեղ քաղաքական թշնամանքը կարող է կորել և ընդդիմությունը կարող իրական դերակատարություն ունենալով ազդել որոշումների կայացման վրա»

Սահմանադրական փոփոխություններին կողմ և դեմ 16 գործիչներ նոյեմբերի 13-ից 20 օր շարունակ կլինեն Հայաստանի ամենատարբերբնակավայրերում` հյուսիսից հարավ, ու կքարոզեն իրենց գաղափարները:Քարոզարշավն ուղիղ հեռարձակվում է «Արմնյուզ»-ի և Ա1+-իհամատեղ հեռուստանախագծի շրջանակում: «Արմենպրես»-Õ ¨ պարբերաբար թողարկում է հետաքրքրական ֆոտոպատմություններիրապատումից:

ՀՀ սահմանադրական փոփոխությունների հանրաքվեն կկայանա դեկտեմբերի 6-ին:
